DL to Playoff Roster Issue

In Franchise, I had a player on the DL going into the playoffs. He came off during the ALDS and now there is no way to get him into my lineup. It says he's on the playoff roster and I cannot take him off and then re-add him.

Is there any fix for this yet? I see that this has been an issue in the past but I was looking at threads from like 2014! So I thought maybe there was an update. Although....it's a Franchise bug so Im sure they didn't fix it

In the postseason now and having the same issue...again.

I tried activating injured players who were coming off the IL soon before the playoffs and that didn’t even work.

Oh well.

If you turn injuries to manual and remove them from injured list, then turn injuries back on. Would that work? 🤷*♂️

I moved on to the ALCS since I couldn't figure it out. I was also having this issue when I tried in between the ALDS and ALCs.
