I'm really hoping some of the new tools are more sliders for franchise mode. Imagine the possibilities if they open up sliders like 2k.

1. Trade quality, trade value, contract adjustments, progression, draft quality you name it.

Honestly, Y2Y saves was a huge draw for me. I have a RttS player that is from '14. I really hope they are able to figure that out because it will basically be Call of Duty - a yearly release that will always be a one off.

Did they specifically say no year to year saves? Or is it something that just wasn't mentioned?

This sounds interesting but only if they intend to bring back y2y saves. I play every pitch of all 162 plus some minor league games. In my case I wouldn't be doing much planning for the future as I wouldn't get as deep into a franchise as someone who only plays every 5th game.
