I think I read somewhere that Alvarez was going to the winner a title shot. He said it to TMZ last week, "I've got my eye on Nate Diaz-Conor, I would love to fight the winner of that whole crew". Here's the link: http://www.foxsports.com/ufc/story/e...80816.amp.html

And if he loses go back down to Featherweight and defend his title, maybe. I really don't know though.

He would destroy him. Nate has never done well against grapplers who can strike. He got crushed by Henderson. Ko'd by Thomson. Destroyed by Dos Anjos. Shut out by McDonald. Same with Kim.

I'm not overly impressed with Khabib's striking, seems pretty wild. That said I think Khabib would smother Diaz and the most likely way Diaz could win is in a 5 round fight if Khabib tired from all that wrestling.

I'm more interesting in Khabib fighting Alvarez or someone else. Khabib vs Nate isn't that interesting to me.
