VAWereWolf65's Fictional Draft Class Thread (For Xbox One)

What's up everyone. This is my first time really dedicating my time to fictional draft classes in 2k. I've messed around with them before but this year I really dedicated my time to making these good quality classes for you guys to use in your MyLeague and MyGM experciences. This will be a 3 part class (3 different years). Each class has 75-80 fully custom players (Attributes, Faces, Tendencies, Animations, etc.) plus a few buffer players for those of you who use the League Expansion feature and don't want to have Un-Edited players being drafted. The reason I only edit 75-80 prospects is simply because I don't have the time or desire to edit all 150, especially since half of them wont even play a single minute in the NBA. That being said, I still fully dedicated my time to making those 75-80 players as realistic and fun to use as possible. That being said, lets get things kicked off with some basic info about these classes.

We all know how bad 2k's Auto-Generated classes can be at times. The purpose of these classes is to create a fun, realistic experience in your MyLeague/MyGM Leagues. Just like in real life, whether you have the first pick in the draft or the last pick, you can usually draft a player that's good at something. Unless you completely bomb on the scouting part (which I will provide you with ways to scout players, I don't recommend using 2k's Scouting Services as they can be misleading, but that's your choice) you will most likely draft someone who's good at something. Whether that's as simple as hitting defenders with the post hook, or taking them to school with a complete and dominate post game.

As of the date this is being posted (January 19th, 2017), The first draft class is completed but is still being tested out and refined. Please remember that I am devoting my own free time to these classes with no help whatsoever. Its all me working on these classes and creating these players so I'm sorry if they take a while to get out. As I said, DC 1 has been fully completed but is still being tested. DC 2 is 99% complete but then has to go through the same testing process as DC 1 to ensure that tendencies and simulation stats aren't off. As of today, I haven't yet created the file for DC 3 yet, but will start working on that soon.

So now that you know the basic idea of these classes, we can finally get underway. I will be posting daily information on this thread about the prospects, sort of as a scouting report / newsfeed that you can use for the people like me who like to see stats and have backstories for each player.

    Enjoy!

You remind me of Blackjack on YT. Although I am a bit disappointed not to see Maryland here, keep up the good work. I do somewhat support Michigan, though, so I'll be rooting for Milt Payton.

                  November 23rd:

With the first week of games in the books, I think it's time to take a look at the top performances this week.

Freshman guard Johnny Benson had 22 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists in Boston College's blowout win over Hofstra. He is definitely one of, if not the, greatest players in the nation. He's coming off a championship season for his high school basketball team where he averaged an easy triple double during his final year as a Burncoat High School Patriot.

Overseas prospects rarely get the attention that they deserve, but we feel that all prospects deserve their chance to earn a spot in the limelight, so this week we will be taking a look at Bobby Anthony, the premier 7-1 stretch big who is currently playing for the University of East London in London, England. He's almost 21 years old but has stated that he doesn't plan on coming over to America until he graduates college next year. He's big, fast, strong and is a great rebounder and shot blocker. He likes to stretch the floor with his three point shooting, and so far, its been working out very well for him and the University of East London.

Lastly, we take a look at ESPN's #1 Ranked High Schooler in the nation, Jason White. The big man from Centennial High School in Los Angeles had 29 rebounds (Yes, you read that right) and 58 points (Yes, you read that right too) in his first game of the season which resulted in a blowout win for his team. He is definitely a very dominant presence in the paint and grabs rebounds with ease.

Jason White goes up for a slam in the McDonalds All-American Game

58 and 29? I'm pretty sure some college teams don't get that in a game.

Yeah some of those high school players drop some ridiculous stats. I have seen a couple of games with players scoring 70 plus and I believe Dajuan Wagner dropped 100 points in high school before being a disappointment in the NBA.

Yea i've actually heard of quite a few players dropping 100+. I believe the NFHS record for Most in a game is 135

Word that's what's up man. Unfortunately not because that was back in.... 93 or 94 right? I was only nine years old so I was probably watching Power Rangers some where but a few years later as I got more into basketball it was something that was talked about a lot in the area as I'm sure you already know.

My older cousin Damon was friends with Allen Iverson so he also used to tell me stories about his high school career (on and off the court).

Sadly enough when I actually met him briefly as a 19 years old, he was the worst man. Rude as hell but I can't deny how much I loved watching him.
