Which help defence should I use theirs 2 which ones best for controlling all the teams for real percentage

ABSOLUTE FINAL SLIDER SET FOR NBA 2K17. BEEN WORKING ON THIS SET FOR THE PAST MONTH FOR USE AFTER ALL OF THESE FREAKIN UPDATES & THE THE LATEST PATCH.

ALL IS LIVE ON 2KSHARE AS WELL AS IN THE GOOGLE DOC ( DO NOTE THAT THERE ARE UPDATES TO THE COACHING PROFILE SCALES AS WELL AS OFFSEASON ALTERATION SCALES FOR THOSE WHO USE IT. Another dumb, noob question, do User/CPU sliders have an affect on the simulated games i.e. tendencies?
