What can I do to get contact dunks to play out realistically? Without sliding into a contact dunk animation

Last year I alternated between game speed 65-70 I believe with 10 minute quarters when playing vs the CPU in my season...

I see some people here actually playing 12min quarters which is impressive. My roster is NBA REALITY but I'm not even sure I could get away with that.

I think the max/min acceleration stuff is a big part of this too...just need to find the correct combination of everything.
