A little worried on the wording of that substitution fix. Hopefully that has been the universal root cause, but doesn't explain why we're still having issues with all of the automatic coaching adjustments turned off.

Players going into hot streak and not subbed is a minor issue compared to the rotation/fatigue/ACE subbing problem. Judging by the patch notes the main issue wasn't even touched?
I hope the first line of the patch includes all the above. If not, they'll face huge backlash from the offline community.

No, this is what they mean. The Hot Streaks are the reason why the players won’t sub out and the rotation doesn’t work. It should be fine, when they fix it.

I can confirm, auto subs are working for both user and cpu. Life is complete.

Does it work on current MyNBA saves or do we have to start a new one for fix to take?
