NBA 2K25 Official Roster/Ratings Analysis Thread (Yearlong)

I think a singular Roster thread can be beneficial to discuss what's going on around the NBA and focus down areas of the roster year-round (rather than focusing on only the update posts).

    Some Opening Night Notes-

    CELTICS
-All of 8 of Jayson Tatum's 3PT vs NYK were off the dribble. Keep an eye on that. Boston looks poised to repeat with their offense looking like a buzzsaw again, Porzingis not necessary.

    KNICKS
-Miles McBride is a SG this year (Payne the backup PG).
-Josh Hart at present appears to be a SG/PF (a rare distinction I'd levy to Caleb Martin and a few others), based on sub patterns. Miles subs in for OG, and then OG subs back in for Hart.
-You could make case for Mikal Bridges as SG, but he was in a sub pattern w/ SF Pacome Dadiet

    LAKERS
-AD was by far the best player on both ends in the LAL/MIN game. He seems poised to take over the Lakers. Spent some time at PF as well (took 3 threes)
-LeBron is playing SF again (w/ Rui at PF). He was in sub patterns w/ wings all night. Could be trending towards a reduced role in his Age 40 season.
-Bronny was at PG in his 3 mins (though obviously his father ran the offense during that time, hardly atypical for other PGs he's played with). Wouldn't anticipate Bronny getting many more minutes now that history is out of the way.

    WOLVES
-DiVincenzo spent a lot of time at "PG" with Conley struggling. Keep an eye on that w/ Conley in his Age 37 season.
-Ingles played 7 mins but probably not in the rotation (McDaniels 5 fouls in 16 mins)
-Reid split time at PF/C backing up Randle and Gobert.

    PACERS
-Jarace Walker playing SF now to get around Siakam/Toppin.

    PISTONS 109
-Cade (28 pts) could be ready for the star leap.
    -DNP-CD for Paul Reed (7M non-guaranteed)

    CAVS
-Dean Wade started > both LeVert & Okoro w/ Strus out.

    RAPTORS
-Agbaji starting for Barrett. Bruce Brown also out. Trending towards worst team in East.

    BUCKS
-30 pts for Dame in opener is a good sign.
-Taurean Prince (16 pts, 4 threes) is probably the starter most of the season as Middleton can't stay healthy.

    HAWKS
-Okongwu w/ career game (28 pts, 11-12 FG) off bench vs hapless Nets. Probably trending towards starting Center + Capela trade (expiring contract).
    -Dyson Daniels starting SG
-Vit Krecji is the backup PG (Bufkin shoulder injury)

    NETS
-Cam Thomas (36 pts) in line for a big bump just by virtue of him being the only scorer on the team
-Simmons started at Center, Claxton off bench coming back from injury

    MAGIC
-Banchero (33 pts, 4 threes) and Franz (26 pts, 23 mins) could be poised for a leap and should be monitored early.
    -Anthony Black, backup SF

    HEAT
-Bam (0-2 3PT) likely trying to add this to his game.
-Jimmy (3 pts, 1-8 FG) should be monitored (Age etc, could be trade candidate)
-Jaquez (13 pts, 19 mins off bench) is Jimmy's eventual replacement and any leap could expedite that process.

    HORNETS
-LaMelo (34-8-11, 10-20 FG, 10-10 FT) had a huge night, looks poised for big year after injury plagued seasons.
    -Cody Martin Starting SG
-Miller left early w/ hip soreness (Mann 28 pts off bench to fill void)

    ROCKETS
    -VanVleet/Green combine for 13-41 FG
-Sheppard was quiet off bench, probably not a ROY contender. Maybe 2026 MIP contender once VanVleet is out of the way.

    PELICANS
-Zion DNP, Herb Jones PF start
-Murray broke his hand, probably out awhile (Assume CJ is the starting PG moving forward). As always w/ the Pels, we never get to see team at full strength.
-Missi 12 pts, 7 rebs, appears to be backup Center

    BULLS
-LaVine (27 pts, 5 threes) appears to be recovered from last season's issues.
    -Giddey + Lonzo = PGs
    -White + Ayo = SGs
    -LaVine + THT = SFs
    -Williams + Phillips + Buzelis = PFs

    GRIZZLIES
    -Morant (22-5-10) big in return
-Aldama (27 pts, 10-16 FG, 5-10 3PT) probably his career night filling in for JJJ
-Edey starting C but 6 fouls in 15 mins
-Jay Huff 13 pts (3-5 3PT) filling in for Edey (how he doesn't have standard contract yet is incredible, he's on par w/ Luke Kornet)

    JAZZ
-Lauri (35 pts) par for the course
-George shot poorly (3-18 FG) but had 7 asts at least
-Kessler 16/14 + 5 blks could bounce back to future Gobert trajectory

    SUNS
-Big 3 were healthy at same time. No notes. I really liked their offseason, could be West favorites.
-Dunn is KD's backup, Royce is Beal's

    CLIPPERS
-Harden's Usage has taken a backseat w/ Sixers and Clippers but w/ George gone and Kawhi out that will ramp up again.
-Powell starting SG (Mann at SF, even w/ Kawhi out).
-KPJ's NBA return was miserable (1-8 FG, 2 TOs, 13 mins). Appears to be Powell's backup at SG

    WARRIORS
-Wiggins starting SG (didn't see that coming). Kuminga SF, Green PF, Trace C
-Reserves: Melton (PG), Podz (SG), Hield (SF), Payton (PF), Looney (C)
-Anderson (PF) and Moody (SF) played over Payton/Hield in 2nd half (though worth noting it was 35-point blowout vs POR).

    BLAZERS
-Scoot off the bench (Simons starting PG), I must have missed this in pre-season.
-Toumani Camara starting SG? (Sharpe + Thybulle are both out). Hey if Josh Hart can do SG/PF...

Re: NBA 2K25 Official Roster/Ratings Analysis Thread (Yearlong)

      10/24 Notes

      CELTICS
-Horford appears to be 95% Center at least while Porzingis is out (handful of mins next to Kornet in opener)
      -Tillman the backup 4

      WIZARDS
-Sarr starting Center (2 pts, 1-7 FG, 0-5 3PT) w/ Valanciunas (18 pts, 8-13 FG) off the bench? Certainly a choice.
-Carrington starting PG (rather than Poole). Had 3 pts, 2 asts (26 mins) in rather impossible matchup vs Jrue/White.
      -Poole 26 pts (6-11 3PT) a good sign after last season's nightmare.
      -Coulibaly career high 6 assists

      MAVS
      -Klay starting SF (22 pts, 6-10 3PT)
-Bench: Hardy (PG), Grimes (SG), Naji (SF), Maxi (PF), Lively (C)
-Dinwiddie (3 mins) not in rotation

      SPURS
-Stephon Castle (8 pts, 5 asts, 18 mins) was Sochan's backup at PF. The league isn't going "positionless" - it is using guards at positions that match their skillsets (Josh Hart, Gary Payton II, Caleb Martin, etc).

-Julian Champagnie (18 pts, 4-8 3PT) started at SG. Maybe due to the Luka matchup. Not the greatest endorsement of Malaki Branham.

-Keldon Johnson was the backup SG (a player who was also arguably a 4 last year)

      R2K Positions
      PG: Paul, Jones, Wesley
      SG: Vassell (INJ), Keldon, Branham
      SF: Barnes, Champagnie, Cissoko
      PF: Sochan, Castle, Mamu
      C: Wemby, Collins, Bassey

      WOLVES
-Edwards/Randle combine for 65 points. Randle's 13-17 FG, 5-6 3PT among his most efficient games
-Naz Reid: 19 pts, 13 rebs, 4 threes. Western Conference Bobby Portis
      -Conley through 2 games: 3-16 FG, 2-12 3PT

      KINGS
-Huerter (2 pts, 1-4 FG) starting SG after being out all preseason was a surprise. Probably contributed to Edwards going off. Huge downer for Keon Ellis.
-Monk is backup PG (particularly w/ Carter injury; McLaughlin not in rotation)
-Fox had 11 assists. DeRozan 2 asts, Sabonis 1. Monitor who the offense is going through this year.
-Sabonis (3-4 3PT). This was his first Kings game in 2.5 seasons with more than two 3PT. Keep an eye on that.

      THUNDER
-Chet was big (25 pts, 14 rebs, 5 asts, 4 blks, 2 stls)
      -Joe starting SG > Caruso

      NUGGETS
-Jokic (16-12-13) triple doubled in a loss; not the last time those words will be said this year.
-Nuggets shot 7-38 (18%) from 3PT. Westbrook 1-6. Watson 0-4. Braun 0-3. IDGAF that KCP went 0-5 in his Magic debut.

      PACERS
-Wiseman tore Achilles, out for year. Contract was partially guaranteed but essentially fully guaranteed now due to his injury. Injury leaves Pacers thin at the 5.
      A few options include:
-Sign a 15th man (without checking finances, IND would probably prefer not to this early due to tax considerations). Someone like Bismack Biyombo could make sense. Thaddeus Young spent 3 years w/ IND.
-Waive one of the Two-Ways and bring in a low-end body.
-Salary dump Wiseman via trade after Dec 15th.

Yes, but can't afford to prioritize the content creation / promotion aspects of it at the moment.

Westbrook -24, worst of any Denver player, he's really bad. I don't know why they signed him.

DEN always has some interesting +/- numbers because Malone goes to full-bench lineups.

Jamal Murray is playing NEXT to Westbrook at SG on the 2nd unit. Which is more or less a result of the team not having any shooting. Given Murray's injury history, can't really expect him to play 38 MPG for the entire season (this is also why they brought Westbrook in).

It's easy to point to a lightning rod like Russ as a figure for the Nuggets' decline from champions, but it's 100% on ownership for cheaping out and not being willing to pay the tax when they won't have another generational player like Jokic for another 50-100 years.

I just noticed this in the official roster. Pretty crazy oversight

Image not working... Isaiah Hartenstein's Interior Defense is only a 43, lol

Woah. He was 60 at start of 2K24. If I had to guess, they meant to bump it to 73 and missed the key.

                This is a great thread.

Maxey stinking it up to start the year. I’m sure he’s great (look at his playoff #) but interesting to watch him struggle as the only option.

Warriors might be back. Hield playing better than prime Klay rn but everything feels sustainable. On a tangential note Wolves really gonna miss Kyle Anderson’s calm head.

                  10/25 notes

                  MAGIC
-Franz big again but vs the hapless Nets, care more about his three ball (3-6) than anything in his development.

                  NETS
-Simmons again starting at C over Claxton, can anyone confirm it's injury related? (Gotta run to work in 30 mins)

                  CAVS
-Dean Wade 19 pts (7-9 FG, 5-7 3PT) has been most underrated player in 2K for like 2-3 years now
-Ty Jerome (13 pts off bench) is backup PG after losing last season to injury

                  PISTONS
-Cade 33 pts (14-24 FG), 6 asts, but also 9 TOs ouch vs CLE

                  BULLS
-Giddey seems like a better distributor than DeRozan as teammates are playing better
                  -Big game for White (35-6-5)
                  -Vucevic (4-9 3PT), last season's 3PM high was 3 and 3PA high was 7.
-Lavine (25 pts) another good one, he's back (get that trade value up)

                  BUCKS
-Giannis/Dame combine for 66 but not much from rest of team (gave up 21-47 3PT, 45% to CHI)

                  PELICANS
-CJ starting PG w/ DJ out. Zion debut, offense is running through him rather than CJ.
-Hawkins 24 pts off bench, should be much improved this season

                  BLAZERS
-Jerami Grant 8-17 3PT might be best 3pt shooting game of career
-Scoot was efficient off bench (15 & 6, 7-9 FG)

                  RAPTORS
-Quickley hurt in last one, Davion Mitchell started
-Rookies Shead, Mogbo, Battle combine for 35 pts off bench, Raptors win a game???

                  SIXERS
-New starting lineup: Lowry, Maxey, Oubre, Martin, Drummond

                  KNICKS
                  -Four Knicks scored 20+
-Defense holds Pacers to 3-30 3PT

                  PACERS
-Haliburton: 0 pts (0-8 FG, 0-7 3PT), might be time to panic, is he healthy?

                  WARRIORS
                  -Hield 27 off bench

                  JAZZ
                  Whole team shut down, 31.5 FG%, 21 3PT%

                  HAWKS
                  Trae outdueled LaMelo w/ 38-8-10
Dyson Daniels (18 pts, 8-10 FG) prob best offensive game of career

                  HORNETS
-LaMelo another big game w/ 34 pts (but also 10 TOs)
                  -Bridges bounceback w/ 27
-Another solid game for Mann off bench

                  ROCKETS
                  -Bounceback for VanVleet (5 threes)

                  GRIZZLIES
-Aldama back down to Earth, 2 pts 0-2 FG
-Edey 13 pts in 23 mins

                  LAKERS
-AD with another huge game: 35 pts (11-18 FG, 13-17 FT). Looks unlocked under Redick.

                  SUNS
-Suns good offensive game but couldn't get stops. Big three combine for 68

10/26 Notes from a busy Saturday night in the NBA

                    SPURS
-Wemby gets on track w/ 29 pts
                    -Sochan solid w/ 17 & 12. Averaging 17.5 PPG and 9 RPG through 2 gms

                    ROCKETS
                    -Green: 29-6-5
-Sengun struggling out of the gate this year (8 pts, 2-8 FG, 22 mins)
-Landale: 13 pts (5-7 FG), picking up where he left off end of last year. Steven Adams has yet to debut as he recovers from last season's injury.

                    THUNDER
-Cason Wallace GS (Joe off bench this time). Caruso seems suited to bench role.
                    -Holmgren another solid game (21 & 16 w/ 2 blks)
-Jalen Williams: 24 Pts, 9 Rebs, 8 Asts. (Rebs and Asts are close to career highs, keep an eye on rates)

                    BULLS
                    -Zach LaVine through 3 games: 24.7 PPG, 6.3 RPG, 2.3 APG (56 FG%, 48 3PT%)
Rebounds are up (Playing SF). Assists are down (Giddey & White are the playmakers).
                    -Vucevic through 3 games: 7-13 3PT
                    Last season through November (20 gms): 18-70 3PT (26%)

                    GRIZZLIES
                    -JJJ season debut (13 pts)
                    -Aldama bounce back off bench: 22 pts, 7 rebs, 5 asts (9-12 FG, 4-6 3PT), 28 mins
-Edey: 7 pts, 4 fouls, 13 mins. Foul trouble will be major obstacle to ROY chances
-Pippen Jr: 11 pts, 12 assists (career high)
-Huff: 18 pts (7-9 FG, 3-5 3PT); Officially the best Two-Way contract player in the NBA, 29 other teams screwed up this offseason. What an upset if he ends up taking the starting job from Edey.

                    MAGIC
                    Franz through 3 games: 25 PPG, 6 RPG, 4 APG (53 FG%, 46 3PT%, 92 FT%)
KCP: 1-6 FG, not a great start to season for him
Jett Howard: 11 pts (3-5 3PT), probably his best pro game

                    WOLVES
                    -Conley through 3 gms: 7 PPG, 20 FG%

                    RAPTORS
                    Dick: 25 pts
                    Barnes: 20-8-6, another solid night
                    Agbaji (GS): 19 pts (8-12 FG, 3-5 3PT)
Mitchell (GS): 0 pts, 8 asts, 29 mins

                    HEAT
-Butler: Gets on track w/ 26-8-8 (11-17 FTA)
-Alec Burks getting backup PG mins (Dru Smith had 3 fouls in 3 mins)

                    HORNETS
-Brandon Miller out about a week (Seth Curry GS)
-Curry (GS for Miller): 15 pts (6-12 FG, 3-6 3PT)
-LaMelo through 3 games: 32 PPG, 7 RPG, 7 APG
-Mann through 3 games: 19 PPG, 5 RPG, 3 APG (early 6th man of year candidate)

                    CELTICS
-Tatum thru 3 games: 37 PPG, 6 RPG, 6 APG

                    PISTONS
-Tobias Harris: 8 points (2-11 FG), 6 fouls, 31 mins vs Tatum (he's cooked).
-Cade: 21-6-10 (6 point loss vs Champs)
-Ivey: 26 pts, 6 asts (remember when Monty was starting Killian Hayes over him)

                    CAVS
-Allen: 23 pts (10-10 FG) is more a barometer for how much the Wizards suck
-Garland: 21 pts (9-11 FG, 4-5 3PT) most efficient game in awhile, but he's gotta do it vs a real team now

                    WIZARDS
Sarr: 12 pts, 6 rebs, 2 blks (2-6 3PT), 25 mins. I guess WAS wants him to get ROY by default?
Coulibaly: 23 pts (9-16 FG, 4-9 3PT), probably best offensive game of career

                    CLIPPERS
-Vintage James Harden: 23 pts, 16 asts (5-11 FG, 12-13 FT)
                    -Powell: 37 pts (14-21 FG, 7-11 3PT)
-Zubac: 24 pts, 15 rebs, 4 asts (Gonna guess Jokic got attacked in Pick & Roll)
-KPJ: 4 pts, 2 TOS (2-10 FG). At least they only gave him the minimum.

                    NUGGETS
                    -Jokic: 41-9-4 (14-26 FG, 7-12 3PT, 6-8 FT).... in a loss.
The seven 3PT are a career high (prob the 12 attempts too; Put a pin in that).
-Westbrook: 2 pts (0-8 FG). Another -13 game (Jokic was +7). Malone needs to figure out a bench unit that works.
                    -Jokic 7-12 3PT. Rest of team: 7-23.

                    SUNS
                    -KD: 31 pts (bounce back)
-Ryan Dunn (GS for Beal): 13 pts, 3 threes

                    MAVS
                    -Luka: 40 pts, 10 rebs, 4 asts (12-25 FG, 5-13 3PT, 11-12 FT)

                    LAKERS
-AD through 3 games: 34 PPG, 11 RPG
                    36-45 FT (80%) = 12 FTM per game, 15 FTA per game
                    -LeBron: 32-14-10
                    -Knecht: 10 pts, 20 mins

                    KINGS
                    -Sabonis: 29-12-10
                    -Fox: 28 pts, 10 asts
-DeRozan: 23 pts, 3 asts (playmaking went through Sabonis in this one)
-Huerter: 14 pts, 4 threes (bounceback)
-Keon Ellis: DNP-CD (wow). Monk back to being backup at both guard spots

Feels like I post this every year, but is there any reason why the 2k roster guys can't take that extra two minutes to assign correct injuries and durations to players when they do roster updates?

If you're going to have a feature of being able to start with existing injuries on, at least take the care to make them accurate.

                        10/27 Notes

                        SIXERS (1-2)
                        -Win vs Pacers 118-114 (OT)
                        -Maxey: 45 pts (14-32 FG, 5-17 3PT, 12-15 FT) in 48 mins
First big game. They need this kind of Usage for them to have a chance.
-Caleb Martin: 17 points, 12 rebounds (subbing w/ KJ Martin, so he's PF)
-Kyle Lowry: Another Start. Pegging him as SG because he subs w/ Eric Gordon. He's also more of an off-ball guy and not playmaking. Similar to Jason Kidd's final season w/ the Knicks back in 2013.
-Yabusele: He's the backup Center, though he could still end up as more of a PF if/when Embiid is healthy.
-Reggie Jackson: Not in rotation (1 GP, 3 mins)
-Jared McCain: Season high 17 mins. He's the backup SF ala Seth Curry.

                        PACERS (1-2)
-Haliburton: Bounce back w/ 22 points, but only 2 assists in 37 mins
                        Through 3 games: 12 PPG, 3 RPG, 4 APG (32-20-57 shooting)
More alarming than the shooting are his Assists are WAY down from last season's league-leading 10.9 APG.
                        2023 AST%: 47% (1st in NBA)
                        2024 AST%: 45% (2nd in NBA)
                        2025 AST%: 19% (67th in NBA)

                        -Nembhard: 10 pts, 8 asts, 6 fouls
Appears to be taking more playmaking responsibility this season, but it hasn't benefitted Haliburton. Had his hands full trying to contain Maxey in POA on the defensive end.

                        BLAZERS (1-2)
-Earn 1st Win 125-103 vs Pelicans
-Simons: 27 pts, 6 asts is playing well as starting PG.
                        -Grant: 28 pts, 5 rebs, 4 blks, 2 stls
-Clingan: 9 pts, 9 rebs, 2 blks, 13 mins (Best game so far)

                        PELICANS (2-1)
-CJ: 27 pts in matchup vs old team (also Simons sucks on defense)
-Zion: 14 pts (3-12 FG) a bit quiet to start the season.

                        NETS (1-2)
-Earn 1st Win vs Bucks 115-102 (Jordi Fernandez the next Will Hardy)
                        -Cam Thomas: 32 pts (10-21 FG, 2-8 3PT, 10-11 FT)
                        -Dennis Schroder: 29 pts, 6 asts (8-15 FG, 5-8 3PT, 8-8 FT)
-Claxton off bench again: 10 pts, 11 rebs, 22 mins
-Simmons: 2 pts, 6 rebs, 6 asts (I guess might as well keep starting him so Claxton can keep the 2nd unit from getting crushed).

                        BUCKS (1-2)
-Gave up 61 points to the Nets starting backcourt. Trading Jrue for Dame is looking like an all-time blunder.
-Bench rotation: Wright (PG), AJ Green (SG), Connaughton (SG), Portis (PF). Giannis gets backup C mins.

                        THUNDER (3-0)
                        -Blowout Hawks 128-104
                        -SGA: 35 pts, 11 rebs, 9 asts, 3 stls, 3 blks (11-24 FG, 3-8 3PT, 10-11 FT)
                        -Chet: 25 pts, 9 rebs, 4 asts, 6 blks
Chet thru 3 games: 24 PPG, 13 RPG, 3 APG
-Aaron Wiggins turn to start at SG

                        HAWKS (2-1)
                        -Trae: 24 pts, 8 asts, 10 TOs
-Risacher (First Career GS): 13 pts, 6 rebs (Hunter DNP-INJ)

                        CLIPPERS (2-1)
                        -Beat Warriors 112-104
                        -Harden: 23 pts, 7 rebs, 11 asts
                        -Zubac: 23 pts, 18 rebs, 6 asts
-Derrick Jones: 18 pts (3-4 3PT), best game as Clipper

                        WARRIORS (2-1)
-Curry: 18 pts, 6 asts, 6 TOs, 26 mins (Sprained Ankle)
                        -Wiggins: 29 pts (11-15 FG, 5-8 3PT) - Is he finally back?

                          PLAYERS OF WEEK (10/28)
                          Jayson Tatum (BOS): 33 PPG, 6 RPG, 6 APG (League-leading 38.2 PER)
                          69 TS% on 34 USG%
                          Shot 17-35 3PT (49%)
35 AST% (Last year: 21%) - This part is way more sustainable and would elevate him to the MVP conversation.

Anthony Davis (LAL): 34 PPG (League-Leader), 11 RPG, 3 APG
                          67 TS% on 30 USG%
.804 FTR is double last season and his career rate (probably not sustainable.)
Only 4 TOs in 3 games (against 102 point scored) - Lakers offense is clicking.

                          MAVS (2-1)
                          -Beat Jazz 110-102
-Spencer Dinwiddie: 11 pts, 23 mins (only 5 mins for Hardy). Probably matchup dependent.

                          JAZZ (0-3)
-Taylor Hendricks: Likely out majority of season w/ broken ankle (non-contact). Some light googling tells me 16 week recovery from surgery. Going to mark it as a 150-day injury.
-Flipowski subbed in for Hendricks. Possible they go to him as starter rather than John Collins (who is Kessler's backup). They could also play Lauri at PF and start another wing like Cody Williams or Sensabaugh.

                          BULLS (2-2)
                          -Beat Grizzlies 126-123
-Zach LaVine: 30 pts (Averaging 26 PPG)
-Coby White: Shot 12-23 3PT in the Bulls two wins, 0-14 3PT in their two losses
                          -Nikola Vucevic (4 gms): 11-21 3PT (52%)
                          Last year through Nov (20 gms): 18-70 3PT (26%)

                          GRIZZLIES (2-2)
                          -Morant DNP (B2B)
-Smart GS at PG: 1 point (0-11 FG, 0-8 3PT), 7 assists. Woof.
-Bane GS at SG: 30 pts
-Santi Aldama GS at SF: 11 pts, 13 rebs, 7 asts (T-Career high)
-Jay Huff: 10 pts (2-3 3PT), had his contract converted to 4-year standard deal, very well deserved.
Scotty Pippen Jr: 14 pts, 10 asts (another 2-Way steal)
-Jake LaRavia: 17-9-5 (one of better games of his career)
-Jaylen Wells: 11 pts, 17 mins
All of last season's injuries have done wonders for MEM's depth

                          ROCKETS (2-2)
                          -Beat Spurs 106-101
                          -Jalen Green: 36 pts (11-22 FG, 7-13 3PT, 7-7 FT)
-Steven Adams season debut: 6 pts (3-3 FG)
-VanVleet: 41 mins (Sheppard only 3 mins, uh oh)

                          SPURS (1-2)
                          -Wemby: 14 pts, 20 rebs, 5 asts, 4 blks (T-Career high Rebounds)
                          -Sochan: 22-9-4, leap appears real

                          WIZARDS (1-2)
-Beat Hawks 121-119 using starting lineup I had projected pre-season
-Valanciunas GS: 7 pts, 9 rebs, 4 asts
-Sarr at PF: 7 pts, 9 rebs (3-11 FG)
-Kuzma at SF: 25 pts, 11 rebs, 7 asts
                          -Coulibaly at SG: 17 pts

INJ: Barnes (PF), Quickley (PG), Brown (SG/SF), Walter (SG)

Probably results in Agbaji starting PF, but leaves team very thin on the wing.
Jamison Battle has outplayed his 2-Way contract thus far and is in line for a substantial role next month.
