Just wondering who here is as into this mode as I am. I rarely play games in my career anymore because I'm too busy balling in the park. Playing full court 5 on 5 is such a blast but I think I might like 3 on 3 best.

I teamed up with two random guys who actually understand ball movement and team play and it was such a good feeling holding down the court until the servers ended our run.

Anyone else feeling this mode (when it works)?

Also there's never any notifications but do you earn VC for this mode and if so how is it determined?

I'm a 74 OVR right now. I like that when you log on it tells you the makeup of the park ratings wise. Just logged on:

60+= 28
70+ = 8
80+ = 8
90+ = 16 (I have never seen this in double digits before now)

Also when walking around you can hold R2 and the players name, rating and a small description ("bench-warming PG") will display. So you know the ratings of both your teammates and opponents before getting next.

works every now and then, very rare though. What do you think the best position is for the park? Since 80% of people make a PG I would think Center would be pretty dominant.

Been seeing a lot of 90's already, all you have to do is pay $20 for VC and max out your character. Pay to win type of game unfortunately.

i want to try The Park, but i'm timid about going there before my guy is half decent, so i've been going as hard as i can in MyCareer to dial him in more. looks like a cool mode from what i've seen streamed online. with all those 60+'s online, maybe i shouldn't be so shy.

I thought the park was just like a rumor, or like...a story to scare little children so they do their homework and buy their VC like good little boys and girls.

This is what it does for me. Can you play online quick matches or team ups? Those won't find any matches for me either.

Though it's worked more than it hasn't for me. According to the load screen I've played 38 games (26-12).

i want to try The Park, but i'm timid about going there before my guy is half decent, so i've been going as hard as i can in MyCareer to dial him in more. looks like a cool mode from what i've seen streamed online. with all those 60+'s online, maybe i shouldn't be so shy.

I figured I'd try it out. I was in the low 60's, jumped into a 5 on 5 and forced my opponent out of bounds for the game winning stop and set a pick to free up a guy for the game winning shot... after that I was hooked. My PS4 came with a code for $10 PSN money so I'm sad to say I converted it into VC so I could get my character virtual duds. Sad I know. But I needed a way to stand out from the sea of default grey pants/black tee combos.

I ended up upping some stats (mainly speed, so I could run the break) and that about tapped me out. I like working for the rest because I actually like playing My Career and I'm decent enough at the game and know enough about basketball that I don't need a star under me to impact the game. I just CANNOT get my shot timing down!

I like being in the mid-70's because depending on the game I might be the best guy on the team and looked to to take over or I may be the worst guy and be a role player. Usually, I'm the Beta Dog or glue guy on the team though. I like passing and I love making the game easier for others if possible.

Any like-minded players looking to run some park? I've got a 6'9" forward who is primarily a rebounder and a passer. My scoring comes from offensive rebounds and spot up threes. Trying to find some other unselfish players to run with. Add me on PSN: CJDvvis.
