Simulated stats are good to go right off the bat. I am just tired of waiting for rosters and tweaking my own. I really hope they get the sim-engine down right. Looking forward to seeing some screen shots of league leaders etc..

One of the devs confirmed multiple 10+ APG seasons for players and 65+ wins for teams. That might as well confirm that sim stats will be just fine.

Supposedly the stats are better and 10+ assists are possible again. I am a little confused by some of this years' ratings if Beds was behind them. They've improved in some areas but quite a few are scratch inducing.

Maybe there's a power struggle between him and 2K Insider or something. Lol

The guy is crazy dedicated to his craft and very good at it . His ratings and tendencies change the game a lot. One or the best moves 2k has done IMO .

I'm amazed that anyone actually had to ask that question, really. With all of the past crying about keeping the rosters up to date, why would they NOT hire him?

Well hopefully they fix the bug that has been in the game since 2K11 where your set rotations get reset once you go into Season/Association Mode. That wasn't a problem before 2K11 but has been an issue since. That is a main reason simmed stats are off because the minutes are off.

nooo its not..trust me on that..2ks sim engine is a piece of crap

but i believe in myleague anyways, it wont reset this year..and if it does you can just 30 TC the cpu team minutes

It isn't crap completely. Blocks are usually off. But when you start a season, and redo the minutes, just about everything else can be in line with the real NBA. Trust me, the wrong MPG averages kill the simmed stats.

Because you have higher rated bench players taking minutes way from lesser rated starters. Trust me, it has happened since 2K11.
