Why on earth did they remove the "save in game" feature?

No. I have saved at the beginning, middle, end of games. And even in OT.

It won't let you saved online settings though. For example, whenever i restart the game, go to play an online ranked match....i had to change to the appropriate camera...EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! I only need to do this once...after that, every online game is tune in to the right camera. But next day, when i start up the game again, i had to go change the camera again. EVERY TIME!! Please fix this bug.
