Going off of what other have said... Why shouldn't how much I box out, and rebound make my MP (online rating) better at rebounding? Same goes for passing and shooting... A balanced player then will be balanced. A ball hog will then be the equivalent of JR Smith online, someone that holds his competition under their normal PPG/TS% will get better at defensive, and so on and so forth.

because there has to be a base, and usually when things are totally performance based, there is a way to 'game' the system. I would like the practice to be something that can allow you to do a little more tailoring of your player.
