It's the players ability to dive for loose balls or grab long rebounds (which don't exist in 2K anyways). The Sig Skill scrapper is usually on players with high hustle ratings.GT: minibeast100

The only thing it effects to my knowledge is how often a player sprints or better yet, a player's "willingness" to sprint...you know sometimes when you see players doing that awkward sideways jog up the court? That's guys with a lower Hustle rating so it effects all areas of the game including the pick and roll. I have both of my Hustle sliders (User/CPU) at 30/30 to help open up the fast break.Comment
