Position Lock

I've been away for over a year. I bought it last year, but didn't play much.

Can someone explain to me what player and position lock do in the game?

Think of it as MyPlayer. Throughout the entire game, you only control 1 player/position.

The other players on your team are AI, so it's like a more customizable MyPlayer.

Shugknight is this working properly for you? I am Considering re-downloading the game. For me when subbed out I take control of the players on the court. I am using auto subs on PS4 in My League. I really want this to work so I can have the custom my career experience.

Yea but Will Bynum isn't on a team. I try to keep my rosters accurate

It worked on 2 of the 4 games I played.

The other 2 games that didn't work was how rambaldi described it.

Not sure what caused it to do what it did since I started the games up the same way all 4 times so I think it's random.

In play now you can position lock. The option is available under controller settings and all you need to do is have both players pause the game and pick your position.

In my league and my gm, in the menus with their is a new option that's separate from controller options labeled position option where you can player lock or position lock, but only one person can do this. Even if the second controller has signed in with a second account.

Because that option in the is there, the position lock option in an actual game is not there so there is no way to play as 2 people on the same team with locked positions in my league or my gm

I didn't know that was how it was supposed to work. I thought you were supposed to control the entire team when you're subbed out in player lock. The same goes for when you play as a guy on the bench.
