I had issues with my left analog stick. Followed the following below tutorial fix (unfortunately need to buy a replacement part). You can either buy the official one (I think) through his link in the description or find something on ebay (this is the cheapest I could find ... http://www.ebay.com/itm/2X-Analog-Co.../222117474392? )

I didn't want to buy anything first because I didn't know if this process would actually work, and since my DS4 was pretty much on it's last leg, I decided to swap out the right analog stick wheel sensor and replace the left ones. The experiment worked. But I did unfortunately detached the cable to the vibrations. I didn't care much for vibrations anyway.

My right stick obviously didn't respond to well after the surgery (because I put the left analog stick bad wheel sensor into the right compartment), but it still works to get the shot off. Couldn't do in game right analog stick substitutions. Decided to try the one in the ebay link first because it's cheap ($1.89 free shipping from china) (I got four wheel sensors). These fixed the right analog issue. Now I've got two spare white wheel sensors.

Saved my DS4 that was on it's last leg.

Whoa I didn't think this was a controller problem. I thought it was the way the game operates with my player. If you hold L2 and R2 while stuck in the back pedal. It will do a faster back pedal. I thought this was the natural way! :/

No, I did not. I traded in division and surpsingly got $34 for it so the hit wasn't bad.
