DC I feel u on the coach thing, that always bothered me too in previous games. I'm a big time "real life" guy so when stuff happens in the leauge I like to change it on the game, nuttin wrong wit that.

I couldn't agree more with this thread. It is a serious complaint. In college hoops, you can edit the coach from height to skin color (its a shame we cannot do that in NBA 2k9 with the edit prospect feature). Also, DC is right, all these coaches have been fired. Its lame that I am in my association and Maurice CHeeks is still the coach. Can I have Tony Dileo? No, because he is not in the lame pool of coaches (more on that in a minute) and I cannot edit names to create my own 'Tony Dileo. Finally, the coaches in that pool, has anyone else noticed that when most of the coaches from that pool are hired, they have the same tendencies (all at 50 except run zone is at 0)? Also, they all use the blazers playbook. WTF!!? Again, I enjoy this game despite its shortcomings but some of it is just really half-a$$ed.
