I use a PS2-replica gamepad. I can't bring myself to play with keyboard/mouse. It's like going back to telegram instead of Email.

Re: NBA 2K10 PC thread

As we're fine tuning the performance now, it looks like the specs are going to be the same as last year. That being said, we have a rig with a 1.2ghz Celeron, 512MB ram, and an x800 that is running ~15-20 FPS on the lowest settings. That should give you an indication of how much better the performance is this year on lower end systems.

Shader Model 2.0 is fully supported this year, though the system requirements are going to say 3.0 or higher.

Can someone please make this thread a sticky?

SimBaller can you put an end to the speculation on whether the PC version will get the same online functionality as the 360/PS3 (Play online against other users, Living Rosters, Patches, etc)?

Re: NBA 2K10 PC thread

@barrist:

your pc have definitly enough power for this game. i got an x2 3800+, 2GB ram and a HD3850 and the game is running smoothly on high with FSAA. i got still the usb bug though. have to plug out keyboard and mouse everytime.

the moving jerseys edit threw config seems only to run on nVidia graphic cards. ive got a friend with a gtx and it runs perfect, I on the other side got heavy frame drops.

imo 2k9 was weakly programmed for the pc but as far as i heared it was like a last-minute decision to drop it von the pc market.
so i hope 2k10 wont have the issues cuz they got much more time to programm it properly

@tcnumba

Ronnie said this years version of PC will be fully featured online
this means NBA Today,LivinRosters, Multiplayer and Patches (patch was last year only available via steam)

Re: NBA 2K10 PC thread

Ya, I heard Ronnie said that too, but I'm not sure if he's a credible source if you want to talk about the PC version.
