Does LeBron always get a 6 year extension from the Cavs?

It seems like every year in association he resigns with the Cavs. I thought being the Knicks and resigning LeBron would be cool. But after 5 tries he resigns with them every time. Wish I could atleast compete with him.

Has anyone had him go somewhere else?

Yeah, I've actually seen him go to the Thunder two years in a row. That was weird.

O thats cool. I've given up on my knicks chise. Im doing a 30 team franchise with real draft classes and secretly want LeBron to leave Cleveland. Now If I'm not mistaken LeBron has a player option so I can't choose if he leaves, he chooses. I really hope he atleasts tests free agency. Same with Wade, Stoudemire, and Bosh. I want a big free agency.

Biggest free agent in my first offseason was carlos boozer and joe johnson . Very anticlimactic.

I'm starting over though cuz I picked a bad draft class by accident.

Yeah I know, it turns into a terrible free agent class. But I'll try and possibly lower Stoudemire, Wade, Bosh, and LBJs morale by telling them they'll be a sixth man even though there rotations will make them starters. Wish I didn't have to resort to that but atleast 2 of them gotta leave to make my franchise more intriguing. Could I possibly just release them and not have any cap penalties after the season is over? Or as the Cavs can I have LBJ decline his player option? Somebody give me some options.

I resign and become the Cavs GM, change Lebron to expressive personality then give bench warmer role and then back to starter. This will lower his morale but that's temporary as it will go back up as the season progresses, what it does change his opinion on the contract. It makes sure Lebron will test free agency but since his morale will be high at the end of the year, he won't rule out returning to the Cavs. On my test franchise I offered Lebron a contract in FA and his top two choices were the Cavs & Knicks

I think im going to change his potential because he wins MVP every year. I simmed to like 2020 and he wins it every year averaging a triple double. Not saying its not possible, I just want to give everyone else a shot.

Haha, yeah. Both the NY teams are going to have so much cap room it's filthy.
