On defense, players on the perimeter begin "leaking out" down court for fast break opportunities when the opposing team shoots and you get rebounds. This should leaves you weak in defensive rebounding, but gives you a ton of fast break points if you can push the ball up court. -

in all honesty if you have a strong rebounding team or an athletic team.. I'd totally favor a Leak Out strategy, you'll see a lot of touchdown throws because of that perimeter defender "leaking out"Comment
