2k14's Next gen graphics are ridiculous and the nice animations really add to detail..BUT if 2k14 had TNT presentation 2k would be on a whole other level........I find "2k sports" presentation a little bit corny at times...the lack of crispness and movie like pre game intros

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. 2K should grab the TNT license since EA just wants to have ESPN and RARELY use it. 2K already has Harlan, Kerr, and Kellogg. But they should replace Clark w/ Reggie Miller, get Sager as the sideline reporter, have a pre-game, halftime, and post-game show, and get the real TNT presentation and all. It would definitely make the game complete, presentation-wise.

Agreed, 100%. TNT would be the perfect license to aquire. Especially since they already have half the team.

Completely agree with this.

I was also saying they should have different broadcasters for the classic games (If we're still getting the legends that is) like Marv Albert and Hubie Brown etc

Been saying this for a while now. Ever since the NBA Life series died and TNT license has been up for grabs. 2K needs to hop on it, Live has ESPN, and bringing TNT would enhance the realism of the presentation instead of all the gloss and gold that was on 2K13.

I'd love a TNT license too. If they can't get it they should try to make 2K Sports feel like a real network instead of just having some sort of hybrid.

I liked where they were for 2012, i felt like their presentation took a step back this year with all the Jay Z, microphones and music related stuff that permeated the game. I hope they really upgrade their presentation to be TV oriented on next gen even if its "2k" and not a licensed network

I have the PC version and I've modded the game to have TNT scoreboard or Logo's during replays, and me personally it does nothing for the immersion. Not saying they shouldn't get it but It doesn't change the presentation that much for me, then again 2k13 presentation was terrible.

I think it would be cool to have the TNT logos music and half time presentation but at the same time I wouldn't be upset if they did a generic version of that under the "2K Sports" branding.


One of the best improvements will be the removal of the Jay Z presentation which was really jarring at times.

This would be awesome, as far as other presentation ideas I think they should have CG stadium views from the air/outside stadium similar to madden instead of real grainy footage.

Agree with this idea, disagree with the "desperately" needs part. 2K presentation might be the best in sports gaming. Commentating is deep, visuals are good. What does TNT presentation even mean? You get their logo and overlays and what else? That's not worth the price it'd be to get the licensing. It'd have to be something substantial like top plays, interviews, etc. I think what we've seen is what makes good presentation is not WHO is doing the presentation but the DEPTH of it. Like I remember they went out and got a "name" like Bill Walton yet he only spitted out what felt like 2 or 3 lines that got repetitive. Anyways just saying if they gonna use resources to get the license, it should add something that's gonna actually make a big difference to the game (like top 10 plays or something).
