NBA 2K14 How's Your Association Going?

yes i too am looking for a online association with updated rosters on the xbox 360
of course id prefer a non fantasy draft association
if there are multiple teams available that would be great too
i have at least 12 other players that are looking for one since the one we were all in crashed and it wont let us into it anymore
we were going to make a new one but everytime we make a new one it has the roster that the game was shipped with. (beasley on suns still :example)

I plan on getting 2k14 This weekend and starting an association with the Rockets. I'm not going to make many trades the first year, maybe 1 and at most 2. I like their core players of Hardin, D12, and Lin (but Parsons is also great) and they have a good bench. I'm ready to start!

Is there a way to stop my players ratings from going up? I have a player rated 80 but the green arrow has him up to a 85 my starting lineup is looking godly because of this

I started a multiple team association using big market teams (no Texas teams) and some of the coolest cities (Miami). I'm playing games with the Lakers and Nets by trying to get that NY/LA finals from the early 70's when the Knicks and lakers played. I created 5 players 3 on the Nets roster and 2 with the Lakers. I did not cheese them up, with only moderate ratings. My creations included on the Nets Michael Jones (Jordan) Karim Lowry at PG (really and athletic combo guard) and Anthony Chambers at Center (Wilt Chamberlain type) I traded Garnett to Chicago Williams to Dallas (coach killer and I can't stand him) and Pierce and Terry to the a Clippers because I am a Laker fan and don't want nothing boston on my teams that I use.

For the Lakers I moved Kobe to PG (I was thinking about trading him home to Philly for his final years but decided to go with a bigger back court like Phil Jackson did with Bulls Ron Harper and MJ). So my backcourt include Kobe and my creation Matthew Joseph at SG but once Kobe retires he will be the pg (more athletic Magic Johnson) and my created Big is Larry Thompson (Shaq type).

I'm hoping these teams can get by the thunder and Heat. What parity? Big Markets should rule the sporting world but my virtual world is cool. Lol

Waiting on that trifecta roster here on OS. Otherwise I know I won't last more than 2-3 seasons. And I plan on making this game last a few years with association being replaced with MyGm.

Like I said in an earlier post I am going to make rockets Association but I have a question before I start and hopefully some of you can give some feedback. I have never done a 30 team control association but I hate the trade logic in this game so I want to give it a try so I can make trades more realistic. But I think it might be too overwhelming, so could anyone give the upsides and downsides of a control 30? thanks in advance.
