The Freezing Issue

Hey guys, I thought it may be beneficial if we had a thread dedicated to providing nothing but the following information in regards to freezing. If you experienced a freeze, please post in this thread following the template below. That way, Blackflash could quickly gather some information and relay it back to the necessary department.

If haven't or aren't experiencing freezes, please do not post in this thread. And please do not clutter this thread with conversation about the freezing issue. Lets keep this thread as organized as possible.

Dynasty mode after calling timout with UK. Froze when going to sub screen, two games in a row.

Did you call a timeout? Yes, all 3 times happened within the last 2 minutes of the game after a timeout.

2 lock ups occurred during a cut scene while shooting FTs, The third occurred just before Half-time during a ESPN Cut scene, The 4th Occurred with about 40 seconds left in the game during a TO cutscene.

Please Santa, Fix this game

It has only happened to me during the close up of the player at the free throw line or when it's starting to show my team come to the huddle at a timeout.

Looks like Syracuse has some problems.

Forgot to mention I also downloaded the game to my hard drive after the first freeze.

ESPN splash graphic right after a foul where they were going to show a replay.

Any other information you can think of that would be relevant to helping find the source.
All of my freezes have either come from or going into splash graphics and replays.

Thanks to the refreezing I just replayed my game with South Carolina and I lost by 5 JUST GREAT haha.

I have had five separate freezes, all on 360:

Playing with first update:
1) During dynasty, on the main dynasty screen.

2) During dynasty, during the 2nd half of gameplay, using Southeast Missouri State vs. unknown opponent. Freeze occured when exiting the substitutions menu. Don't know if a timeout was called. Auto subs were not on.

3) During dynasty, during the 2nd half of gameplay, using Southeast Missouri State vs. unknown opponent. Freeze occured when exiting the substitutions menu. Don't know if a timeout was called. Auto subs were not on.

Playing with 2nd update (authentic schedules)
4) During dynasty, during gameplay, just before tipoff. Using Southeast Missouri State vs. unknown opponent. Auto subs were on.

5) During dynasty, during 1st half of gameplay, using Southeast Missouri State vs. unknown opponent. No timeout was called. Freeze did not occur during substitution. Auto subs were on.

This is not a substitution issue, not an auto subs issue, and not a timeout issue, based on my experience.

i dont know if this consider freezing but my screen was stuck after a TO, i could still pause and change roster and quit game which i did and restart my game

during TO, stuck on screen with coach talking to players not really freeze like i said earlier just screen stuck

I experienced my first freeze today (360) and had this exact one happen while playing around with the dynasty mode. I went to exit substitutions and the game image of the team huddle froze, however you could still go to the start menu and choose any option you wanted there, it just would never go back to the game essentially forcing you to quit and start over.
