We are monitoring and fixing issues in this thread.
Thanks for your patience.
The upgrade is complete, but you've probably noticed the forums are only showing posts up to about April 8. Posts made after that are still in the process of being moved over, and that should take another week or two. Feel free to start a new thread.
The site might feel a little slow while work continues. Engineers are staying on it through the night to get things moving faster again. Thanks for your patience.
Definitely a snapped disc off of some PS2 game that I hated and then destroyed after giving it one more frustration fueled chance. And plenty of thrown Xbox controllers due to Ninja Gaiden man that game was difficult, never finished it in the end either.
The worse was quite a few years ago with Front page Sports Football.
I was down 3 with a few seconds to go and held my cousin and he punted. Got a good return and was in FG territory.. I ran out of bounds with a second left and the freaking clock ticked to zero.
I threw my glass of tea off the wall and of course it shattered.
Other than that I went through a couple NES arcade sticks/pads

PSOne days playing Street Fighter games. One broken controller and swollen faces with black eyes, was the worst case. A stupid cousin of mine smashed my controller out of frustration and intense rage! I went nuts I smashed his face black and blue like how I beat him in the video game. He hit me back, kicked me then we're hitting each other back and forth. That was crazy we never spoke for months after that. Now my old cousin and I will just burst to laughter reminiscing about it lol.
About 13 years ago I was playing Super Street Fighter 2 on Super Nintendo. Got one hit away from beating Bison and lost. Starting banging my fist on top of the dresser but hit it at an awkward angle. Fractured my wrist smh.
Obliterated a few Genesis controllers and broke 1 PS1 controller (smashed a dualshock face down onto a table, all it broke was the analog sticks). I've thrown empty plastic glasses. The best was when I smashed a keyboard over my knee, keys just exploded off the thing. I did that several times during the age of the free keyboard, it was really satisfying and with people giving away free keyboards it didn't cost anything.
Stabbed my Dreamcast to death when I was younger once lol . Games did not want to play, got frustrated, got the a screwdriver and stabbed it like 4 times right were you put the games to play.
Woh fellas we got a lot of angry people in here! lol
Personally, I don't let games affect me. I get enough rage and heat from real life but when I find a video game annoyingly difficult, I just put it away.
I look to games for a way to lower BP and not the opposite.
I never ever raged over a video game that made me want to do physical damage to something. But then again my dad would have whooped my behind with a 3 inch thick leather strap if I broke something in the house. So I guess that carried over to adulthood.
If something doesn't go well, I simply just turn the game off.
I've broken a chair, probably double-digit controllers, a few TV remotes and one cell phone when I threw the controller at the cushion/chair next to me and shattered my cell phone screen.
Plus I have scars on my knuckles from repeatedly beating the **** out of a wicker chair. I've made myself bleed on more than one occasion raging out. NBA2k games seem to be the worst for me.
