Don't remember how long it took to beat 2, but I don't think it was over 10 - I'd have to look again. Haven't quite completed 3 again yet.
5th play through??? How long did it take you to finish on your first play through? First play through is what im talking about. I simply don't see anyone beating any of the Uncharted games that fast on their first play through. After the first play through, I can understand it because you would know everything in the game already where as the first time, you don't.

I played all three for the first time through the Uncharted Collection, they're really short and I took my time.

My first play through of UC 1 took me about 15 hours. I was searching for stuff and took my time I guess.

This multiplayer demo seems fun. Watched my kids play for a bit. The last one was boring.

Maybe I'm in the minority but I was expecting this game to blow me away graphically. There is something off about the player models and animations. I think they are too thin and the running motion seems weird, like their steps are too long or something. Not sure but it just seems off.

I've never really considered the length of Uncharted games to be a negative. They're tight, focused, and polished gaming experiences that are fun and challenging. You aren't grinding repetitively. You aren't bogged down by redundant fetch quests or loot hunting. There are some games that are 40+ hours that aren't worth paying full price for.

I've enjoyed them all. The combination of scale and narrative in the second one makes it the strongest game of the series, but I wouldn't **** on the other two games either.

Totally agree. In general, I typically prefer a good linear campaign over a huge world. They often become tedious. If every game required 40+ hours to beat, I doubt I'd even bother playing as many as I do now.

In time required for me to beat the Uncharted games, they ranked as follows:

                Uncharted 2
                Uncharted 3
                Uncharted 1

I didn't go out of my way to find collectibles. If they were around I grabbed them, but I was just focused on playing through the story. I forget where I clocked in at each one, but Uncharted 2 definitely felt a bit longer than 3. Uncharted 1 didn't take me very long at all.

I'd rather have 15-20 hours of straight action rather then 40 hour game and most is exploring

We've been wrecking fools as a group so far, especially when HustlinOwl joined and gave us a full 5. I think it's really fun, looking forward to seeing what other options for MP there are in retail.

Yea I definitely didn't expect to have that much fun. We went on quite a tear.

                      Very cool multiplayer mode.

Uncharted 1 was one of the most tedious repetitive games I ever played in my life. I want that game to burn in the depths of hell.

Wow.....I actually enjoyed Uncharted 1 more than Uncharted 3 in which I quit halfway through and then played through from scratch a year later.

Uncharted 1 is the worst of the 3 just because the combat is so bad. The aiming controls are so floaty and the guns don't feel like they have any power behind them. Thankfully they tuned it better in 2 and 3 where the combat is more enjoyable. The enemies are still too bullet spongy though. The supernatural enemies in all 3 games have never been fun to fight. There wasn't as many in 3 which is probably why its my favorite game combat wise.

It's why The Last of Us is the best Naughty Dog game. In addition to the great story, there's less combat than the Uncharted games (which IMO is the weakest parts of the game) and when you do get into combat everything feels brutal, especially the melee weapons.
