Yeah love this game. It just needs online on the next one as I'm whopping the cpu pretty easily now on the hardest setting. Would have been a perfect game when we were kids playing street fighter with everyone in the neighborhood.

One thing I can't do is do combos with the weapon or if you can do it with punches and kicks.

Re: Shaolin vs. Wutang

Man, I'm loving this game more and more. I've only been in vs mode and training but between the characters, music, uniqueness this is easily my second favorite fighting game right now (behind Injustice 2).

I agree with the above about the weapons. I've been trying to figure out how to time those in to combos but with little success. I almost think you have to have a speedy character for that because of how slow some of the animations are.

Monkey Fist is annoying as ****. I can't get the range down with them movements and him keeping his arms in.

Re: Shaolin vs. Wu-Tang

So glad I found this thread, otherwise I would not have purchased this gem. If you are an 80's baby this is a no brainer. The nostalgic effect alone is worth the 10 bucks, but the fighting mechanics, blocking animations, and music/sound effects are done surprisingly well. And there is a level of strategy with each fight. Button mashing will get your *** whipped.

My only minor concern is replay factor in the long run.

Yeah I play this still but not as much as before. It needs online for more replay value. I figured out the ai with most characters.

Hey guys I have a file, thanks to a friend R4zoR who edited all the players and gave them their real names.

It's privately created, I haven't shared with anyone, only me and him have it...

I'll get his permission and get back to you.

Edit: He said he'll release it himself
