We need a little Christmas!

Disney+ and Netflix have lots of Christmas specials on there. I dont think I'm even gonna DVR many movies or anything this year, which I've done the past several years.

This year, it's mostly streaming services.

I have everything set up to put the tree up. Just waiting for the family farm I go to cut a live one is ready for visitors.

My wife could not hold back this year and had a tree up last weekend. She is calling it a "Thanksgiving tree." It looks great.

There is a handful of movies we watch during Christmas. We don't always watch them every year, but one is The Family Man (Nicholas Cage). This movie has a scene at the end that does me in. If you've been married for some time, I'd suggest watching that movie. Hard to believe it's been 20 years since its release.

I lost my dad in May so this will be our first Christmas without him. I don't know I feel I mentioned that here or not. He had cancer and doctors thought he would have another 8-12 months. It's going to be hard this year.

My wife and I are putting our tree up Saturday. I love the light the tree gives off.
