Fightful - A Grand Jury has found the World Wrestling Entertainment be banned from performing in all 50 states of the United States of America. This comes from a massive lawsuit that began in the summer of 2022 after the Vince McMahon allegations. This was due to the World Wrestling Entertainment creating a monopoly. That is not all, All Elite Wrestling, as well as Impact Wrestling, will be affected by this. No Professional Wrestling/Entertainment company will be allowed to have a territory in more than 23 states across the country. They are able to still go international.
Each state will have to have negotiations with each company, as not more than one company can set up shop in that state. For example, if All Elite Wrestling strikes a deal with Florida, no other company can be in Florida until All Elite Wrestling leaves, or Florida does not renew their deal. Deals must be made with state officials, not venues.
