Blow out Subs?
I thought I have read in a few places that when a blowout is happening the CPU will auto mass sub out players on the team, including the human team, at least I thought it did. I have had a number of blow outs (50+ points) and as the human player, the CPU has never subbed out my players. All the starters remain from start to finish. Is there a setting for this? Or maybe they really don't sub out for the human player?Tags: None -
Re: Blow out Subs?
They most certainly do, but it's at random and is a terrible system. Exactly the reason why we need mass subs and formation subs back.I thought I have read in a few places that when a blowout is happening the CPU will auto mass sub out players on the team, including the human team, at least I thought it did. Re: Blow out Subs?
It seems like the lead has to be either 28 or 35 points. So a 4 or 5 touchdown lead and then they do automatically. Leaning towards 35 which is pretty ridiculous it has to be that high and the time left in the game doesn't play a factor into it.

Re: Blow out Subs?
I am just not seeing it. Recently had a game where I won 105-13 and my starters were never pulled. My other blowouts have been 50+ margins early in second half. Re: Blow out Subs?
Yeah, as a cpu vs cpu guy it's been bugging me. I've seen quite a few blowouts (my team and others), I've only seen the subs happen like 3 time, two for the AI and once for me. Idk what they were thinking when removing mass subs and this weird auto sub feature.Comment

Blow out Subs?
First of all, you should probably up the difficulty my guy. It’s inconsistent in dynasty, and doesn’t do it at all in play now. It’s a bad system. But holy moly bro challenge yourself.Comment

Re: Blow out Subs?
Thanks for your advice, but that has nothing to do with the topic….regardless what I play, should be subbing out in blow outs . Wasn’t asking about skill level or challenge, was asking about subs in blow out situations.Last edited by SlyBelle; 07-27-2024, 03:56 PM.Comment

Re: Blow out Subs?
I answered your question. It doesn’t happen every time, it’s inconsistent. It should be fixed. It should be manually done by users, even. But also giving you a friendly suggestion.Comment

Re: Blow out Subs?
Thanks, don’t need friendly suggestion as my point was about blowout situations, nothing to do with how I got to the blowout situation. It was one case where cpu turned over the ball a lot to get to that score.Last edited by SlyBelle; 07-27-2024, 04:21 PM.Comment

Blow out Subs?
Yeah I’ve had 6 turnover games that didn’t lead to 100 points. No need to be so sensitive. Go ahead and enjoy your lack of challenge, you do you. It was just a suggestion. Not an order. I answered your question, twice. So you can stop being mad.Comment

Re: Blow out Subs?
Nor do you need to give advice that has nothing to do with the topic. Good for you and the 6 turnovers, has nothing to do with the original question. Feel free to ignore this topic. Has nothing to do with being mad but was never looking to someone asking how got to blowout, was about why cpu not subbing.Last edited by SlyBelle; 07-27-2024, 04:33 PM.Comment

Re: Blow out Subs?
I took to making my own subs… which then the computer decides to do their “backups” which puts my starters back in smhComment
