    What Teams you enjoying

Looking to start another dynasty but think I want a bigger team to rebuild that's fallen off like Nebraska or a realistic smaller school like Boise and TCU to build. Not sure who would fit that TCU/Boise bill
Love to run the ball, then use play action to beat the defense with a speedy WR.

What teams have you guys enjoyed.Any realistic builds you've done?

Really enjoying my Tulane dynasty. Decent starting team and good location for pipelines. Lots of sweet uniforms too!

      Syracuse
      Army
Almost any MAC team, especially Ball State.

They may not fit the OP parameters, but I'm hella enjoying.

I had a pretty good time rebuilding Rice. 98 speed true freshman receiver, A+ academic prestige, and has decent Texas pipelines. There's a good number of recruits that have academic prestige as one of their recruiting motivations.

I've been enjoying my Fresno State dynasty. Moving to Pac-12 has been interesting. Roster was good enough to be competitive out of the box. a lot of uniform options, red/white/blue/black. Whiteout crowns(home opener), blackout crowds(rivalry)

my 2nd choice was San Diego State, which was my front runner, but remembered I played with them back in NCAA 12 or 13 I believe. but they can be build up pretty good as their Campus lifestyle(A) and Academics(B-) are are fairly high for a 2* school, and those can't be improved. Limited uniform options being the only downside.

3rd was FIU, similar to San Diego with the Campus Lifestyle and Academics, plenty of uniform options. Stadium on the small side. Miami are school, so good recruiting base.

4th was Rice. good Academics, good area for recruiting.

5th was Georgia State. Campus lifestyle B-, plenty of uniform options, also good recruiting area. can start up an Atlanta rivalry with Georgia Tech.

This is why I hope they will eventually implement dynamic rivalries. Georgia State's rivalries are with Georgia Southern and Kennesaw State. Georgia Tech's rivalries are: Georgia, Clemson, Vanderbilt, and Virginia Tech. Georgia State and Georgia Tech are literally within 2 miles of each other. Get them in the same conference where they play every year and it would likely develop into a rivalry.

That true freshman is legit - if he catches it and gets separation - he’s gone - White Lightning ⚡️🤪

Rice is nice. But I started a dynasty and apparently that latest update to the game broke one of their uniform sets. The Gray alternates no long display the numbers on the jersey which is really annoying and made me just quit the dynasty since I just started it and pick a new team.

I really like SMU because they are in a competitive conference being in the ACC. They do have some pretty talented players who graduate after year one so recruiting is important. They have really slick uniform combos and gives you a chance to build a Texas powerhouse outside of UT and A&M.

Another one I like is using one of the PAC-2 teams (Oregon St. and Washington St) Because after 2 seasons you can create a new PAC-12 using the teams already slated to join the PAC in 2026 like Boise St, San Diego St. etc. I kind of prefer Washington St. because you don't have to play Oregon every season and you start off with a really talented dual-threat QB in John Mateer. They also have a silver North Texas pipeline which is a huge advantage being a PNW school.

I finally started mine with MTSU. As a one-star, they're a pretty good rebuild with some good skill players but not a lot on the O-line. I like their uniforms too.

I really wanted to do a South Carolina dynasty, but some of their recruiting grades fall off hard really early. After the first game of the year, Brand Exposure drops from A- to C+ and Program Tradition goes from B- to D. That's the same Program Tradition as UAB. Same thing happens to Rutgers (they end up with a D in Tradition and a D- in Brand Exposure after starting with a C+ in both).

Which is too bad, as I think both of those would be interesting picks.

Syracuse, Maryland, and UCLA are interesting picks that have a National Championship, but haven't sniffed one in a very long time.

I’m enjoying Washington State. I was an OC at rice for 3 years, UCLA for 1, now this is my first head coaching gig in this dynasty

Good colors, and plenty of uniform options to keep it fresh. Fairly nice stadium atmosphere, and tough recruiting because of several weak spots (at least by time time I took over)
