Association stat fix roster

Can anyone recommend a good roster maker who edits the roster to fix the simulated stats in associaton?....I remember having Nogster last year but I hear he may retire....Rashdi did a pretty good job last year to.

There is just way to much stuff to fish through on file share...Lookin for a good reference....Thanks friends

(would love to work on it hardcore myself....Wife just gave birth to my son on the Oct. 2nd....wife would kill me right now to catch me on the rosters)

i have the game. and the itch i love to scratch [roster editing] is back!
getting simmed stats on point is my thing.
and as i post this i am editing the game.

in a week or 2 i will be done.

updated and improved ratings.
updated and improved "shot" tendencies. [and a mid range tendency makeover]
updated rotations.
i may look into coach profiles but dont plan to just yet.

your simmed stats for association will be on point fellas.
no more bosh leading the league at 14rpgs, or chris paul not even cracking the top 5 in asts.

Nog when I read the first sentence of your post I got the urge to watch that show Underdog. I miss old cartoons.

Anyway, back on topic, I can't wait for your edits. But I have a question for you. I'm sure you are aware of the computer generated rookie's lack of scoring as the years go on. I have simulated five years and not one computer generated player has cracked the top 25 in scoring. Because of that I've been working hard on some draft classes (not real players but just generated players with teaked ratings and tendencies) to ensure to increase their scoring to a realistic level.

My question is are you going to work on future draft classes also cause if so, I will gladly take a back seat. If not, I will continue to work on them for myself and anyone else that may be interested.

Thank god!!...Wife came out in the living room last night when I thought she was napping with the baby....She caught me editing the rosters (you would think that it is was an affair) She was like "Oh no, were not going to have you sitting here messing with some video game. Go change a diaper!"

I do think that messing with some of the coach profiles will work. Decrease 3pt tendencies
Increase crash boards for more guard rebounds
Up tempo for higher scoring
Use deeper bench for more scoring off the bench.

The generated rookies will have to have shot tendencies upped through the roof.

Being able to control all 30 teams in association will help make it easier to get the sim stats this year.

Nogster coming out of retirment is the best thing since Farve did the same thing.

Won't start the Association until I get that Nogster release!!!

Lmao. Dang drew, she caught you having an affair with 2K10, smh. I can just visualize that scenario.

But yeah, you are absolutely right about the tendencies being jacked through the roof. They are generating rookies that have really good scoring ratings with a shooting tendency of like 45. I had a shooting guard with an 85 rating in all the shooting categories but I left his shooting tendency at 45. He averaged under 8 points four years straight even after reaching an overall of 88 and averaging over 35 minutes the last two years I simulated.

I've been working on it a lot that and I finally think I'm on to something. But like I said, I have no problem stepping back if nog is gonna mess with the draft classes since he's got a history of excellence

glad to see you're back. one thing you may want to check out in coach profiles is the double team slider...everyone's pretty much lowering it to 0 or so b/c of all the terrible auto-double teams. also, 2k is releasing new rosters in about a day or so.

I must say that the SIM engine is much improved this year which should make tweaking it a bit easier.

I did some playing around with the Raptors and increased the rebounding of other players on the squad....It dropped Bosh to 9rpg.

As you sim farther in the future you will notice that the rebounding problem will pop back up.

In 2018 there is only 3 guys in the league who avg 10rpg...Howard led with 11.3.

I believe this is due to the incoming rookies who have high rebounding sliders...with some patience and controlling all 30 teams I think that we can get this.

Hopefully next year 2K will have a game that is Simfantastic right out of the box.

The competitor (Live) has made a great game but their simmed stats are crazy out of control...had LBJ avg 18ppg and the league leader was Kobe at 24ppg....The dynamic season mode does sound really intriging for us stat junkies

Just bumping this one back up to the top....Would love to have a few hours to play with these rosters.

I think that messing with shot tendencies and rebounding can fix just about all of the simulated stats

The 3pt shots are out of control...Granger hits over 300 a season...I think that is because Jim Obrien is coach and his profile has the team jacking up threes

Will the edits be in an excel or text format so those on PS3 can input those edits as well?

I remember last year a guy on ps3 named numba-1-pick-23 I think that's his name had Nog's rosters for d/l on ps3 so I am sure he would probably do it again this year. Can't wait to see what you come up with this year Nog, your rosters last year kept me playing all year

with all the player tendencies available mew for this years game, will you be going in and tweakign them (hopefully wont be needed once 2k give us the next roster update)

as right now no point guard has above 0 attack the lane. (people like parker, deron, all on 0)

probabyl a glitch hopefully 2k will fix.
