I think this would be helpful for fans looking to check out other boards on teams they play or other sites for their favorite team they may not know about.
For FSU the top 3 are Tomahawk Nation, Noles247, and Warchant.com
Warchant is mostly only good because they have the most members so you can have more discussion among other FSU fans on issues. The mods there will ban you for just about anything though so you have to watch what you post. They do offer a lot of content like articles and videos for team stuff. Their recruiting coverage has gone way down ever since Chris Nee left them and went to Noles247.
Tomahawk Nation is great for in depth articles on positions and I like how they tell it like it is even if it's not the most popular opinion. They also do a good job of breaking news pretty early. They don't have a message board though, only a comment section under articles. They also don't really have a lot of photo galleries or video coverage if you want that.
Noles247 is the newest site, I think it's only been around a few years. I like it though, they seem to break new information before the others most of the time. I should say both Noles247 and tomahawk Nation seem to have breaking news out before Warchant. They have a good amount of team coverage from articles, photo galleries, and video. They are definitely the best hands down when it comes to recruiting coverage and it's not even close. The downside is because they are still relatively new, they don't have the members of the other two so the discussion can suffer a little. With that they do pretty much let you talk about whatever without banning you unlike Warchant. 247 also has this cool feature called all access pass where you can read any other sites board. It's cool for checking out rival teams boards.
There is also NoleSports which is part of the Tallahassee Democrat but I didn't include it with a team sites group because they are a newspaper. The official athletic site, Seminoles.com has articles, photos, and videos but doesn't offer a message board.
I honestly think if you could merge Tomahawk Nation into Noles247 you would have the perfect and best FSU site.
