    WWE 2K15 Universe: Brand Wars

    YEAR 1

    Spoiler

    YEAR 2

It's now the second year after the brand split. Smackdown has lost the war, and as a result Ric Flair has been fired. Coming in to take his place is Eric Bischoff. Bischoff is backing his newest project, Titus O'Neil. Will Eric Bischoff be able to anchor Smackdowns rise to prominence?

Meanwhile on Raw Triple H is still going strong after a successful first year. He lost to Seth Rollins at Wrestlemania where his brand put up an amazing show. Now he looks to use all of his young talent to keep Raw at the top of the food chain.

    THE FANTASY DRAFT

Before anything can officially start the rosters have to be made. This will be done by way of a roster wide draft. Everyone on the main roster is available to be drafted. Theres also a number of stars returning to the WWE and declaring for the draft. These talents are: Shelton Benjamin, Jeff Hardy, Matt Hardy, D-Von Dudley, Bubba Ray Dudley, The Hurricane, William Regal, and John Morrison. Raw won the coin toss, so they get first pick.

There will be insight given on the top 10 picks. It will be interesting to see how it all goes down.

            April Week 1

            News and Rumors before RAW:

The WWE has just hit the reset button, so theres not much going on behind the scenes.

Raw is advertising the highlight reel with special guest: WWE Champion John Cena! They're also advertising a no DQ match between Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns.

            Monday Night Raw:

The Show opens with General Manager Triple H's music making his way to the ring. He introduces the fans to a new era in The WWE, and thanks them for coming to the superior brand... Monday Night Raw.

Triple H announces that there will be a tournament for the vacant United States Championship starting tonight, and commencing at Backlash in three weeks. The bracket is shown on the titantron.

            Spoiler

Hunter tells us to enjoy the show, and we're starting off with the first match in the tournament.

Match #1 (US Championsip tournament): Rusev vs. Heath Slater

This match was a squash match from start to finish. Rusev ends up making Slater tap to the Accolade, and he continues to apply the hold until Lana stops him. Rusev moves on in the tournament.
            Winner: Rusev

The commentators hype up the return of D-Von Dudley, coming up next. It'll be interesting to see what they do with him while Bubba is out injured.

Match #2: Santino Marella vs.... Reverend D-Von???

Thats right! D-Von is decked out in what looks like a priests outfit. He's back to his 2002 Reverend D-Von schtick, and the crowd couldn't be anymore confused. D-Von makes short work of Santino
            Winner: Reverend D-Von

After the Match D-Von takes to the mic. He tells the crowd that he's back, and that he's ready to lend his hand out to them. D-Von says God has called his name, and he's ready to spread the good word. All in all an odd turn of events.

Backstage: Renee Young is with Roman Reigns. Renee asks Reigns how he feels about main eventing the first RAW of the new era. Reigns says that he's honored to have that opportunity, but he's even more honored to have a chance to bash Rollins head in.

Match #3: Bray Wyatt vs. The Hurricane

The Hurricane enters to a huge reaction from the crowd. Bray then comes down with his family in tow. The match isn't a squash, but instead a decent back and forth exchange. Bray puts The Hurricane down with the sister abigail.
            Winner: Bray Wyatt

After the Match: Bray calls in Harper and Rowan to help him beat down Hurricane, which they do.

The Big Shows music hits, and out comes the worlds largest athlete! Show puts an end to the beatdown and sends the Wyatt Family running. Bray has a smile on his face while he retreats.

Match #4 (US Championship tournament): Titus O'Neil vs. Matt Hardy

Matt Hardy gets an amazing reaction for his return. He has a great back and forth match against Titus, but he manages to hit a twist of fate out of nowhere for the victory.
            Winner: Matt Hardy

After the match: Matt Hardy pick up O'Neil and offers sticks his hand out for a handshake. O'Neil obliges, and this is a great showing of sportsmanship.

Backstage: Renee Young interviews Chris Jericho. She asks what to expect from the Highlight Reel. Jericho is vague, but wants to make sure we know it's something we don't wanna miss.

Match #5 (No DQ): Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins

Reigns and Rollins completely destroy each other here. Chairs and kendo sticks are swung left and right. Just when Reigns is about to put Rollins away, Rollins hits Reigns with a low blow. Rollins hits the curb stop and steals the victory.
            Winner: Seth Rollins

After a commercial break: Chris Jericho is ready to host the Highlight Reel. He introduces his guest... WWE Champion John Cena!

Cena enters the ring and shakes Jerichos hand. Jericho asks Cena how he's feeling and some other pointless questions, and then says it's time to get down to business.

Jericho takes on a serious tone. He starts grilling Cena, asking him why he was the #1 pick, why he's the golden boy, why he's The WWE Champion. Cena is very confused. Jericho says Cena is nothing but scum. He's not a real man, he's an *** kisser that gets whatever he wants.

Cena and Jericho are head to head, and Jericho kicks Cena in the gut, and sends him into the Jeritron 5000. Cena falls to the floor bloodied. Jericho smirks and exits the ring, obviously very satisfied with his work. Raw ends with Cena squirming on the floor.
            ----------------------------------------------------
            News and rumors before Smackdown:

Jeff hardy is out for two months with an injury
Daniel Bryan is still out for the foreseeable future due to the neck injury.

            Friday Night Smackdown!

Smackdown opens with the music of World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar, who is followed by Paul Heyman. Paul tells us that we've entered a dark, dark time in WWE history, because his client is World Champion, and theres not a man on this roster that can take it from him. This is the era of Lesnar.

            WOOOOOO!

Out comes general manager Ric Flair. He tells Lesnar and Heyman that they're a bit too confident in themselves. Flair says that there are a number of men capable of taking that championship away from Lesnar. To decide who will face Lesnar next month at Payback theres going to be a #1 contenders match between Dean Ambrose and Rob Van Dam.

Flair lets out one more "Woooo!" and leaves the ring. Lesnar and Heyman don't look nervous about the number one contenders.

Match #1: Dolph Ziggler vs. Bo Dallas

This is a non title match, but Dallas knows a win over Ziggler makes him #1 contender for the IC title early on. Dallas brings his A game to this match, but it's not enough. Ziggler wins with the Zig Zag.
            Winner: Dolph Ziggler

Backstage: Randy Orton enters Ric Flairs office. He is fuming. Orton asks Flair where he gets off putting Ambrose and Rob in the #1 contenders match instead of his number two pick. Flair just tells Orton it'll all come together soon.

Match #2: The New Day vs. Miz & Mizdow

A great display of Tag Team wrestling sees Miz and Mizdow win via Miz's Skull Crushing Finale on Kofi. This puts them ahead in the race to the Uso's gold.
            Winners: Miz & Mizdow

            Match #3: Ryback vs. Cesaro

Two powerhouses going at in what was an extremely fun match to watch. Ryback ends up avoiding the Cesaro Swing, hitting the Shellshock, and getting a big victory.
            Winner: Ryback

As Ryback is walking back up the ramp Curtis Axels music hits. He makes his way down, but not before stopping to stare down his former partner Ryback.

Match #4: Curtis Axel vs. William Regal

This was a hard fought match for sure. Regal still has a lot of fight left in him, but Axel was very aggressive here and he beats Regal convincingly.
            Winner: Curtis Axel

Backstage: Eden is with Dean Ambrose. She asks Ambrose what his plan is going into his match against RVD. Ambrose says that he has a lot of respect for Rob, but tonight he throws that respect out the window. He's gonna come at Rob like he hates him, and he's gonna leave as the #1 contender.

Match #5 (#1 contender for the WHC): Rob Van Dam vs. Dean Ambrose

This match is an instant classic. Ambrose and Rob throw everything at each other, and the match is back and forth with no one man emerging as the favorite at any point.

RVD goes to hit the Frog Splash, but Ambrose gets up and stops him. Ambrose goes on to hit a HUGE superplex to the outside!!!

Both men are on the floor, and the ref reaches the count of 10. Theres no winner.
            Winner: DRAW

Randy Ortons music hits and he makes his way to the ring. He says that he's embarrassed to have just witnessed that, and that RVD and Ambrose should be embarrassed as well. They got one shot to become #1 contenders, and they both lose.

Ric Flairs music hits and he makes his way down to the ring. Flair says Orton is right, it's a damn shame that such a great match ended like that. Flair says that next week we'll have a rematch, but this time it'll be Ambrose vs. RVD vs. Randy Orton.

Orton is finally satisfied, and Smackdown goes off the air with Randy Orton smiling.

                April Week 2

                News and Rumors:

These next few week will decide the Backlash card. Tonight we get part two of the U.S title tournament.

                Monday Night RAW

RAW is live from Montreal Quebec Canada. The show starts immediately with the next match in the U.S title tournament.

Match #1 (U.S Title Tournament): Kane vs. Sheamus

Talk about a couple of brutes. This match is a slug fest with a lot of hard hitting stiff action. A great exchange goes down where Sheamus goes to hit Kane with the Brogue Kick, Kane moves out of the way and catches Sheamus in position for a chokeslam, Sheamus then gets out of that.

Kane has to dig into the well and hit a tombstone, and that gets him the victory. Kane advances in the tournament.
                Winner: Kane

Backstage: Triple H is in his office. He tells the crowd about the blockbuster main event he has planned.

                Spoiler

Match #2: The Hurricane vs. Reverend D-Von

No one knows what to make of the odd return of Reverend D-Von, even a week after it happened. D-Von picks up a win here and he continues to look strong.
                Winner: Reverend D-Von

Match #3: The Big Show vs. Erick Rowan

Show saved The Hurricane from a Wyatt family beatdown last week, and this match is the result. Show and Rowan are a Goliath vs. Goliath matchup, just two giants going at it.

Bray distracts the Big Show allowing Rowan to deck show and pick up the victory.
                Winner: Erick Rowan

The Wyatt Family enters the ring and circles Show. Bray calls for Rowan and Harper to pick up Show for sister Abigail, and they oblige. Before anything can happen the music of The Brotherhood plays, and out comes Rhodes and Goldust! They fight off the Family, and for the second week in a row the Wyatts are sent running.

Match #4 (U.S title tournament): Tyson Kidd vs. Jack Swagger

Tyson Kidd is impressive as always, but the Real American is on a mission. He beats Tyson with the Gut-wrench Powerbomb and advances in the tournament
                Winner: Jack Swagger

Match #5: John Cena, Matt Hardy, & Roman Reigns vs. Rusev, Chris Jericho, & Seth Rollins.

This match has a lot going one. John Cena is looking for retribution after Jericho drove his head into the Jeritron last week, Reigns is looking for retribution after Rollins picked up a cheap victory in the main event of last weeks RAW, and Matt Hardy and Rusev will meet next week in the U.S Title tournament.

Jericho avoids Cena the entire match, and Rollins avoids Reigns. This frustrates both Cena and Reigns who are dying to get their hands on their foes. Rusev ends up sending a message, he wins the match for his team by submitting Matt Hardy.
                Winners: Rusev, Jericho, & Rollins

After the match: Cena chases Jericho out into the backstage area, Rusev and Hardy leave the ring. This leaves Rollins and Reigns alone.

Reigns begins to beat down Rollins. He hits the superman punch, and then a huge spear. RAW ends with Reigns standing over Rollins, finally getting some revenge.

                ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
                News and Rumors before Smackdown:

Tonight is the triple threat number one contenders match! This should be great.

                Friday Night Smackdown!

Smackdown starts off immediately with the music of Dean Ambrose. The lunatic fringe has something to say. Ambrose wants to let everyone know that even though he's a fun guy who likes to joke around, he's not gonna be joking later tonight. As soon as he steps into the ring we're all gonna be seeing a different side of Dean Ambrose, and it's not gonna be pretty.

This promo was a warning to Orton and RVD.

Match #1: Ryback vs. Justin Gabriel

Gabriel gets in a few punches and kicks, but Ryback easily squashes him.
                Winner: Ryback

As Ryback is exiting the ring Curtis Axels music hits, and he makes his way down. This is the second week in a row this has happened. Axel laughs at Ryback and awaits his opponent.

Match #2: Curtis Axel vs. Zack Ryder

The Long Island Iced Z manages to get some offense in, but this is a new Curtis Axel. Axel grows tired of the match, and he ends it with a Perfect Plex
                Winner: Curtis Axel

Backstage: Eden is with RVD. She asks Rob how he feels about not getting the job done last week against Dean Ambrose now that he has to have this triple threat match tonight.

RVD answers that he's extremely upset that he's not the number one contender as we speak, but tonight is his second chance, and this time he's walking away with what he deserves.

Match #3: Bad News Barrett vs. Rey Mysterio

Rey gets a nice reaction from the crowd in this return match. Barrett gets worked by Mysterio all match, but manages to put away the luchadore with a big Bull Hammer Elbow.
                Winner: Bad News Barrett

Match #4: Big E w/ Xavier vs. Miz w/ Mizdow

Last week Miz & Mizdow defeated The New Day, so a win here for Big E is crucial for evening things up. Big E gets it done as he beats the Miz with the Big Ending.
                Winner: Big E

Somewhere The Usos are watching this closely.

Match #5: Dolph Ziggler vs. Cesaro

This is another non title match for Ziggler, but for Cesaro this could be a career changer. Both men are even matches, with no one gaining the upper hand. The match ends up spilling to the outside, and Cesaro hits a HUGE Neutralizer through the announce table.

Cesaro makes his way back into the ring, and Ziggler still unconscious gets counted out.
                Winner: Cesaro

Match #6 (#1 contender match for the WHC): Rob Van Dam vs. Dean Ambrose vs. Randy Orton.

Talk about an amazing main event. These three men really put everything on the line here, and there were some amazing moments. Ambrose went on a rampage, DDT'ing both men on a steal chair. Orton hit the RKO on Ambrose, and Ambrose was able to kick out. Rob hit a few rolling thunders of his own.

The ending came when Orton RKO'd RVD. Ambrose would then come from behind, hit Dirty Deeds on Orton, and take the victory.
Winner and new #1 contender: Dean Ambrose

Ambrose is celebrating his hard fought victory, when all of the sudden the beasts music hits, and out comes Lesnar.

Ambrose tries to put up a fight, but he just went through a grueling match. Lesnar hits the F5 and marvels at his work.

                        News and Rumors:

With only 2 shows left until Backlash it's gonna be interesting to see how the card shapes up. So far all we know is Reigns and Rollins is confirmed for the PPV, and that the tournament finals match will take place at the PPV so RAW has a lot of work to do.

                        Monday Night Raw

RAW is live here tonight from The Barclays Center in Brooklyn NY. Seth Rollins music hits and he's out to a chorus of boos. Rollins begins to talk about how Roman Reigns is obsessed with him and won't leave him alone. Rollins says he's considering getting a restraining order.

Reigns interrupts Rollins. Reigns says that Rollins may want a restraining order, but he doesn't actually have a restraining order. That means theres nothing stopping him from coming down to the ring and kicking Rollins *** right now. Rollins says that Reigns is gonna have to wait until Backlash, and he scurries through the crowd.

Match #1: Reverend D-Von vs. Darren Young

D-Von makes short work of Young, another squash for the Reverend.
                        Winner: D-Von

Match #2 (U.S Title Tournament semi-finals): Rusev vs. Matt Hardy

This was a great match that told a story of two hungry competitors. Mid match, the ref gets taken out accidentally by Rusev. Matt hits the Twist of Fate on Rusev and goes up top. All of the sudden someone emerges from under the ring and pushes Hardy off. It's Titus O'Neil!

Rusev locks Hardy in The Accolade and Hardy submits.
                        Winner: Rusev

What in the world just happened? The last time we saw Titus O'Neil he was shaking Hardy's hand after losing to him. O'Neil is standing over Hardy, and out comes Reverend D-Von... What is going on?

D-Von grabs a mic. He says that this should serve as proof that anyone can be saved. D-Von says that O'Neil reached out to him in a time of need, and D-Von did his job as a man of God and helped him. Testify!

Match #3: Tyson Kidd vs. Santino

Kidd dominates this match, using it as a platform to display his skills. Santino ends up stealing the win with a rollup pin.
                        Winner: Santino

Kidd is shocked at this turn of events.

After a commercial break: The Wyatt Family is in the ring, and Bray has something to say. Bray has a warning for The Big Show, Goldust, and Cody Rhodes. It's hard to tell exactly what Bray is saying other than a bunch of cryptic nonsense.

Big Shows music hits, he's scheduled for a match with Luke Harper.

Match #4: Big Show vs. Luke Harper

Another good match almost ruined by Bray. Wyatt gets on the apron in an attempt to distract Show, but Show just knocks out Wyatt, then turns around and chokeslams Harper for the win.
                        Winner: The Big Show

The Wyatt Family hits the ring and begins to attack Show, but here comes the calvalry! The Brotherhood cleans house.

Big Show grabs a microphone. He tells the Wyatts that he's tired of these games. Next week he wants a six man tag match, and he's gonna teach them a lesson.

After a commercial break: John Cena makes his way to the ring, and the champ has something to say. Cena wants to know why Jericho has a problem with him.

Jericho comes down to the top of the ramp. He tells Cena that he hates the fact that Cena is revered as this companies golden boy. He loathes Cena because he's given everything when he deserves nothing.

Cena tells Jericho to come down to the ring and they'll work their problems out. Jericho says he would love to, but Cena has a match scheduled.

Match #5: John Cena vs. Mark Henry

This is the classic Cena match. Henry beats down Cena all match, but Cena is able to comeback and win with the Attitude Adjustment.
                        Winner: John Cena

Cena turns around and is immediately hit with a codebreaker from Jericho. Jericho then hits two Lionsaults on the downed Cena. Raw ends with Jericho once again over the WWE Champion.

                        News and rumors before Smackdown!:

Brock Lesnar is not in attendance tonight

                        Friday Night Smackdown!

Smackdown starts off with the music of number one contender Dean Ambrose. Ambrose looks fuming mad after Lesnar F5'd him at the end of Smackdown last week. Ambrose says he knows that Lesnar is too much of a coward to show up tonight, he just attacks and leaves. Ambrose sends out an open challenge to the locker room, and it's answer by none other than... Justin Gabriel.

Match #1: Dean Ambrose vs. Justin Gabriel

Ambrose comes at Gabriel fists flying. Ambrose uses his anger and unleashes it on Gabriel in this match, and he wins with Dirty Deeds.
                        Winner: Dean Ambrose

After the match Ambrose grabs a mic. He challenges Lesnar to show up next week and meet him face to face.

Match #2: Bo Dallas vs. Zack Ryder

Dallas has that stupid smirk on his face from start to finish as he easily picks up the win.
                        Winner: Bo Dallas

After a commercial break: Cesaro is in the ring. He starts talking about how he beat IC champion Dolph Ziggler fair and square last week (he fails to mention that it was by count out). Cesaro believes he deserves a title match, and he's not leaving the ring until Ric Flair gives one to him.

                        "Aint no stoppin me nowww!!!

It's the 34th pick in the draft Shelton Benjamin! What in the world is he doing interrupting Cesaro?

Benjamin says that it feels great to be back, and for his return match he would love nothing more than to show that he's next in line for the intercontinental championship. Cesaro agrees to a match, and here we go!

Match #3: Cesaro vs. Shelton Benjamin

Benjamin starts off fast, but the powerful Cesaro slows him down. This is an amazing match, and a great showing by both men. Shelton manages to pull one out of his hat, as he hits the pay dirt and pulls off the upset.
                        Winner: Shelton Benjamin

Match #4: The New Day vs. Miz & Mizdow

These two teams are fighting for number one contendership every time they meet. The New Day win this one, evening things up even more.
                        Winners: The New Day

Match #5: Bad News Barrett vs. William Regal

This match, much like every other Regal match, is an aggressive brawl. Barrett ends up hitting Wasteland for the win.
                        Winner: Bad News Barrett

After the match: Bo Dallas makes his way down to the ring. He mocks Regal for losing, but tells him that all he has to do is "bo-lieve". Bo helps Regal up and runs off. Regal looks confused and frustrated.

Backstage: Randy Orton enters Ric Flairs office. He tells Flair that he should have gotten a one on one #1 contenders match, not a triple threat. Orton says that RVD got in his way, and that if he gave Orton a rematch against Ambrose Orton would win no problem, and he says RVD shouldn't have been in the match at all

RVD walks into the office, and he clearly disagrees with Orton. He tells Orton to watch his match next against Curtis Axel, and he'll see what he's made of.

Match #6: RVD vs. Curtis Axel

Axel has been on a role in the past few weeks, so this is a good matchup.

Both men fight like their career depends on it here, as both men have something to prove. RVD has Axel set up for the Frog Splash when Ortons music hits. The distraction allows Axel to knock RVD off, and hit the hangman's neck breaker for a HUGE upset victory.
                        Winner: Curtis Axel

After the match Orton makes his way down to the ring, and stalks RVD for the RKO. Rybacks music hits and he fights off Orton and Axel. We've seen Ryback and Axel trying to one up each other the past few weeks, and it looks like things have finally imploded.

Definitely following, but when I start my own dynasty in the coming days don't feel like I copied you.

I've been getting mine set up almost the same exact way you are. I've had a spreadsheet and everything.

Kind of crazy 2 minds think almost exactly alike that don't even know each other.

Our rosters are different (I have Triple H & HBK doing the brand war).

It'll be interesting watching both our dynasties starting on the same path, but branching in different ways.

                            Good luck to you!

It's cool man. I think I have a pretty basic setup so it's not like I'm looking at it as a groundbreaking idea.

That goes for anyone else looking to start theirs up. Feel free to steal ideas from me, or if you have the same idea as me don't shy away from using it. It's all fair game.
