Did they fix the glitch yet? Has anyone gotten Sapphire Dr. J without having to contact 2k?

I've contacted 2K and sent them photos they wanted. Have not gotten reply or Dr J

Edit: just opened MyTeam and before showing the notifications about challenges and whatnot a random red pack opened with 5 cards (contracts, badges, boost and Demare Carrol). I'm confused.

Meanwhile, the Dunk the Funk collections value is dropping.

I'm here holding onto to them just in case they pull some BS. Such a shame of a company.

Me too but I sniped almost all of them so im not that hurt that they lowered
