Did they fix the glitch yet? Has anyone gotten Sapphire Dr. J without having to contact 2k?

I've contacted 2K and sent them photos they wanted. Have not gotten reply or Dr J

Edit: just opened MyTeam and before showing the notifications about challenges and whatnot a random red pack opened with 5 cards (contracts, badges, boost and Demare Carrol). I'm confused.

Maybe they changed the reward to Carroll.

Same thing happened to me, except I got Paul Pierce. I'm a raptors fan too, this has to be a sick joke 2K.

Happened to me as well. Got KD in the pack tho haha. I guess it's just to hold us over until we get what we really came for...

I'm here holding onto to them just in case they pull some BS. Such a shame of a company.
