Seriously? Tweet Rex ASAP. Just another indication of CFM not being touched. -

Is it bc it was supposed to be in LA and is now in Tampa? EA should have fixed this...Comment

New lead CFM designer, probably completely on his own this season. I think I'd be shocked if he didn't miss some of the annual upkeep tasks.

Re: Super Bowl 53 is still played in US Bank Stadium
Well you know it's something they are aware or and looking into and would like to get into in the future. But when they do it they want to be able to do it right . And you know its based off a different tech system so it's not as easy as it seems.Comment

Re: Super Bowl 53 is still played in US Bank Stadium
Ummm....what exactly are you saying? How hard is it to get right on the first place? And why should we assume that they're aware, when the game released with a ton of bugs, glitches and issues that THEY WERE NOT AWARE OF? Lol
I hope your post was sarcasm...but it's tough to tell these days.

Re: Super Bowl 53 is still played in US Bank Stadium
There uh...looking into it...expect a fix about...three to 10 months from now.
But, buy Madden 19 now just in case. You know. Then we will tell you what we fixed in that game.Comment

Re: Super Bowl 53 is still played in US Bank Stadium
EA just cant win with some of you. You asked for formation subs for years and got that AND you wanted to pick CPU uniforms and you got that.
Now you ALSO want the Superbowl to be in some specific stadium based on "reality"??? Nobody truly knows what will happen for Super Bowl 53 because it hasn't even happened yet so at best you are speculating.Comment

I don't know why "Reality" is in quotes, the Super Bowl stadiums are booked 5 years in advanced:EA just cant win with some of you. You asked for formation subs for years and got that AND you wanted to pick CPU uniforms and you got that.

Super Bowl LI (2017) - Hou
Super Bowl LII (2018) - Minn
Super Bowl LIII (2019) - Atl
Super Bowl LIV (2020) - SoFla
Super Bowl LV (2021) - LA
(this is a Schefter tweet from 2016, hence 2017 Super Bowl)
It's just a level of detail that you get in other games, but it's sloppily left out of Madden. I don't need them to project where 2024 is going to be or something, and I don't really care about 2021 in LA because the stadium hasn't been fully designed yet, but the Super Bowl is the culmination of the NFL season, the most important game in the NFL all year and it's a massive spectacle, and you'd figure if a videogame were trying to roughly replicate the NFL, that they may put a little more effort into the most important game of the NFL season. Heck, even if just the stadiums randomly changed between 4 or 5 stadiums a year (Miami, New Orleans, Atlanta, Houston, Arizona, and other common stadiums) that would suffice for me. To have the Super Bowl played in Minnesota every year cheapens franchise mode because it just makes it feel like 2018/2019 is a rehash of 2017/2018, and so on. Plus, Minnesota is such a unique stadium and they're hosting their first SB, so it sticks out as being weird, where as if they just randomly went back to Miami or Houston, or some other common location for every future SB, it would at least mix it up a bit.
Also... formation subs and CPU uniforms were features of Madden/NCAA that date back to the early 2000s, that were inexplicably removed. So it's not like "we wanted features and then got it so we should shut up and be happy," it's that these were features that were in the game 10+ years ago, that disappeared, and they're important parts of the game of football. At least, formation subs are.
Your post reads like, "You got draft boards in injuries so why do you care that zone and man defenses are broken!? Good grief, you should feel lucky to give EA $60!"Last edited by Rebel10; 09-01-2017, 01:53 PM.Comment

Is this serious? People like you are why they get the details wrong, and why they are currently taking total advantage of the "users that buy the game every year regardless"EA just cant win with some of you. The game is being played in Mercedes Benz Stadium, it's a fact that we know for sure. Why wouldn't it be in the game??
Jesus Christ some of you on here blow my mind..Comment

The super bowl may be "scheduled" to be somewhere but things change. Sometimes a game is moved the week of.
The NFL has moved the New York Jets-Buffalo Bills game to 7 p.m. ET Monday at Ford Field in Detroit.
And Superbowl 53 is not until 2019! Who really knows where it is going to be played? You are speculating. EA doesn't have the technology to predict the future at this time.Comment
