NBA 2K18: REBOUNDS STATS

Another year and rebounds stats are broken. Very sad news. Can 2k fix this?

How? I ran a sim and it's not crazy. Why waste a post and not share any data?

Rebounding has never been perfect, but not crazy like I have seen in the past

Just did a game where Jokic had 22 rebounds and Cousins 17.

With any sliders up 50 rebouns per team my friend... sure you are not an usual basketaball fan cause this is a noticiable stats problem

Though I haven't really touched my 2k18, rebounding has so many different factors to it in a video game such as; user/cpu pace, ratings, positioning, who is shooting, where a shot is being taken from, what set is being run at the moment, player height, etc.

I'm sure slider makers can help but don't let it bother you too much down the line. I'm big on stats myself, and because of that it took away from my joy in 2k17. When i finally make my return to slider making in 2k18, I won't get too hung up on certain things because they won't be perfect. Hopefully someone will find a good enough solution to help you out as we dig in. This community is great.

I am HS basketball coach.

20 rebound games do happen. Shouldn't a ton, but that happen

Their aren't many on this board who can challange my knowledge so don't try it

49 20 rebound games last year.

I simmed to Feb. I have seen 11 so far on 2K18

I have Hassan Whiteside and he gets ridiculous rebounds in my played games. 29 rebounds one game, 26 another.

Rotations! I have seen no more than 20

I write down all my data. 15 played games

In my sim no more than 20 plus 5 times through 45 test league games. Me doing advanced rotations helps a ton. Other than that. This is a legacy issue that won't fix so we are beating a dead horse

Most teams play C's too long hint the stats

Coaching rotations are much different from advanced rotations. From my experience auto subs for the user are the same as CPU subs - which aren't good.

I mentioned it in another thread but this year advanced rotations for all teams can be set to rosters when you create a roster. Instead of last year when it was only possible in MyLeague.

I've been browsing these forums in hopes of finding someone that has implemented the correct team rotations for every team. I know once you start a season you'll personally have to make changes when injuries & other things occur.

Not sure where to find rotations online.

I use this for advanced rotations. Need to adjust a bit for offseason signings/trades but at the core it holds up well.

I played a game last night vs the Pelicans i was GS. Cousins and Davis combined out rebounded my whole team by themselves. felt ridiculous. team stats showed they had 24 offensive boards to my 4. the game before that the rockets had twice as many OREB than i did. but i have always had a rebound issue with 2k and i usually adjust will some slight slider changes.

Eh, I think most of us just play at a little quicker pace than the NBA norm...I'm trying to slow it down a bit but Bojan freakin' Bogdanovic just had a 13 rebound game for me.
