Very curious. Why do people hate the no doubt home run camera?
I myself flipping love it. The feeling I get when I know I nailed it for a home run is satisfying as hell. Plus there are still edge of your seat home runs that you’re not sure will go out. So I don’t know why it’s hated, I see it hated all the time in so many threads.

It's tough to track where the ball is, and for a game that goes through great pains to replicate a broadcast, it's very jarring. I prefer the "pullback" no-doubt camera where the fielding camera is zoomed back a little further than usual to track an absolute bomb. At the very least, I wish the No Doubt Cam was toggable, because I know it does have its fans, but I prefer the broadcast-style pull-out on a deep HR.

I really like it too!
Plus it triggers when the ball is flirting with the line and ends up going foul, so it’s not even a no doubt home run camera exactly. I like this a little less lol. |

1) It takes any drama away, however brief it may be.
2) I like the game looking like a broadcast (Which is why I use the retro view in the field), and you generally don't see that angle during a broadcast, especially not live. |

Yeah, I love it. The way it instantaneously triggers the exact moment you make contact is exhilarating. Makes me want to yell "PLAKATA!!!".
