    2011 MLB Trade Deadline Thread

Figured we would get this going, deadline is 3 weeks away.

I think the Dodgers will trade Lilly, Kuroda, Furcal, Blake, Ethier, Loney.

I'm hoping the Orioles get something for:

    Guthrie
    Vlad
    Lee
    Koji
    Gregg

It's too bad Lee and Vlad killed any trade value they had.

I'm hoping the Red Sox can get a RF that can actually hit the ball. Other than that I don't expect much movement at all from them.

Aramis, Pena, Wood. Just hope they can find a suitor as well for Fukodome and Big Z's contracts.

Tigers need a second baseman, and possibly an arm for the rotation.

I'm hoping JP can fleece another team the way he fleeced the Braves on the Escobar deal but i'll understand if he doesn't trade anyone. Really the Jays don't have the kind of players with contracts that would be good for a trade of that sort.

Rivera was going to be that guy but he stunk up the joint so badly that all plans got screwed up.

Giants need a infielder with power who can fit in the middle of the order, but heck i think we will just take anyone who hits over .300 at this point in time.

I rather have a outfielder with power.

While Hoyer won't tip his hand like KT would, I expect Ryan Ludwick, Aaron Harang, Dustin Moseley, Mike Adams, Heath Bell, and Jason Bartlett to be available.

Aramis has said he would not waive his no-trade clause so we'll have to wait and see. The stros would love to move Carlos Lee but Lee too won't waive his no-trade either.

I would expect the Sox to get in on Carlos Beltran again. Ryan Ludwick, Michael Cuddyer, and Josh Willingham could be possible as well.
