My good friend runs a pool for every major tournament. You put $20 in and get randomly drawn a team. I got France. He has his kids do the draw on video so there are no accusations of shenanigans. He could not hide the annoyance in his voice on my draw lol

As for the tournament - not the best times to watch most of it, but I'll be catching as many of the weekend matches that I can.

Ukraine's kits have an outline of the country that (rightfully) includes Crimea. There is a chance that they could play a match in St. Petersburg if they get past the group stage. Fun times!

Italy may lose this game due to their frustrations. Turkey has managed to completely clog the middle of their third whenever Italy enters. Watching the tactical camera on ESPN+ leads me to believe Italy is going to need to score on something from outside the box or an over the top through ball.

If Turkey doesn't change their plan, it seems inevitable that Italy will score and win. This long ball strategy is not working for them at all.
