Cant wait to grab this one.
Someone refresh my memory though. When I start career mode, I can choose which driver I replace at the team right? Or does it always automatically replace the second driver? For example, this year, I think I'll be picking Williams, because I'd like to partner up with Stroll, but if the game is always going to replace him, with me (as I'd assume he's driver 2) then that's a bit of an issue. I can't recall though how the game handles this.

You choose which driver you want to have as your teammate.

I really wish there was a team creator in career mode, as well as the F1 minor league series (forget what it's called?). That way the game could support retirements, drivers changing teams and such. Would also love to start with my own start up team, having to grind my way to the top earning better sponsers, and influencing better drivers to join as my teammate. As well as other teams come and go. The 10 that are in the game probably wouldn't be able to due to contractual issues, but there are 3 open spots, pretty sure they could fluctuate. There is a max of 13 allowable teams (I think) My as well make use of them.
But oh well, maybe we get that next year
