So because of some Dallas radio station's interpretation (go fig), some of the tackles Dilemma did would not have applied. Didn't see that coming

Of course, rules are to be interpreted on the field as well. And I think we all know if The Man Not In Ed Reed's League tries tackling anybody in that region, collar or shoulder pads, there will be a penalty.
