You don't explode down field on the snap. You kind of stand up then run. The receiver stance should be used just as a sprinter would do if he wasn't allowed to be in a 3 point stance. Push off and explode, because at the next level one step can mean the difference between a TD or the QB not even throwing your way.

Also, the moves you are using are too jerky and won't really cause anyone to lose track of you because you really aren't going anywhere.

I'm not saying I could cover you as I'm a washed up has been, but unless you have 4.5 speed (didn't look like it, but it is wet) you are going have to work on your technique.
