You must also know how ot defend against multiple styles, and dictate the fight to be the style you want. you have to guard punches, kicks, knees, elbows, takedowns, submissions. the fact that you have to take all of that into consideration puts it #1 in combat sports as far as skill required is concerned. I love boxing, but boxing is just 1 part of MMA.
