personally i'd take intent over end result. drinking and driving is bad BECAUSE the worse can happen. while I agree Little's situation is worse b/c it DID happen, I still don't look at it as worse than assault charges or much worse than multiple DUIs. in terms of the law, yeah Little should be locked up for a very, very long time, but in terms of counting offenses, they're all bad.
