The Interception button response is so much better than last years...I remember in 08 i'd press the Int button and the DB would jump or put his hands up after the ball had been caught by the receiver or had pass him by already.

I see lots of improvements in the demo as compared to the 08 game. The only complaint I have is the overall speed of the game, to me unrealistically fast, like the players are on crack or something. Something that will take getting used to I suppose.

Are we sure progressive lighting isn't in? Or is it just not in the demo?

it's because they redid all the lighting. it should come back next year they said (should be the operative word)

Others have complained it's too slow!

Makes me wonder if they actually got it right and that's why we're seeing complaints from both sides like that.

You'd think it would be a no-brainer as well.

I don't see how anyone can say this game is too fast after playing the demo. If you pop in a past-gen game, NCAA 09 moves like a turtle. The only thing that may move too fast is the ball speed on short to medium passes.

You are right though. A game speed slider would be awesome.

Go to that Wr, hit the hot route button then R1. That should set the smart route IF it's available for the route he's running.

It will be back. They changed the whole lighting system and had to trash progressive lighting when they did that for this year. Progressive lighting will be back next year. At least I hope so.

The demo is great and all, but I'm having a tough time stopping the pass. Has anyone had any success against the pass, and how have you done it?

I've had a lot more luck with man to man coverage. Man to man works a lot better than zone, i think someone said the middle zones are broken. I've also been using bump and run and it helps.
