Wow, i love wandering into these intelligent threads.

As i suspected, patch 1 didnt touch much for me, hoping we can vote on what goe sinto patch 2 or something (and i vote if you start a dumb thread, you lose your ability to post and play Madden)

I am new to all of this, so I apologize for the lame questions, but I keep seeing all these threads about Roster updates for Madden 09 for the PS3, but where can I get the update? I am not connected online, but I hear I can update via Flash drive. Has the update been posted, and if so where would I be able to download it?

To EA: If you happen to read any of our replies/suggestions.

If possible,

1. Eliminate the "glow" effect on the outside of players. It doesn't look realistic...makes the players look plastic and cloth material doesn't shine. ( see MLB the Show 08 player shadowing and lighting for realism. the fabric of the uniforms look like real fabric/jersey and the helmets are glossy and look great)

2. Give us the option of custom audio (music and event audio). i.e NCAA 09 and the ol 2k5.

3. And of course, GIVE US OUR SLIDERS BACK!!! :wink:

Still a great game! Just some things I'd wish for if possible.

Accelerated Clock? Yay or Nay?

I will take everything else with this game but not having accelerated clock is driving me crazy.

I just wish I knew if it was going to be in or out. Should I actually start a franchise or not.

I remember posts saying this was going to be patched at release.

I could do without the Acc. clock. I've never used it. But I read here that it might be released as part of some DLC.

I personally want them to add the still image taken like in NCAA 09. I also want them to extend the replays, they hyped up the celebrations in all of their trailers and yet, you can't save them in a replay. It scuts right off when they're about to celebrate.

So many glitches..the game is becoming unplayable...

Ive discovered a play which as an auto motion for RB out to the flat where he then runs a fly pattern..if the RB catches the bomb in the end zone, he proceeds to run directly through the stadium wall and into the bowls of the stands only to re emerge a few seconds later from the next section over...ive had this happen everytime LT catches the bomb in the end zone

Secondly,
On two occasions...with under 10seconds in the game after a change of possession and the clock has stopped, the game simply "ENDED"..it happened to me after the playclock ran out with time still on the game clock and it happened to the CPU for no apparent reason...

DLC Possibilities
The same warning comes with this one. We're still evaluating these changes and are working hard to get them out as quick as possible.
1. Accelerated Clock
2. CPU Sliders (you would have the all new human sliders as well as a brand new screen of CPU sliders)
3. Legacy Gen Controller Config
4. Madden Community Gamerpics (a variety of gamerpics that will show what community you belong to. make sure your community managers know you want an OS gamerpic.)

...and now I'll add.

b)fix the in bounds feet
