There was a game about 13 years ago when Cowher was coaching the Steelers. The crew flagged the Steelers for having too many men on the field and Cowher took a polaroid and stuffed it into the ref's shirt as they left for halftime which showed they only had 11 on the field. Two refs were fined their game cheque (

Hochuli is a good ref but that was a horrible call. Like JohnDough said, it WAS a fumble AND the ball went backwards. It wasn't even close to being an incomplete pass.
