Re: NCAA Football 10 Blog: Dynasty Details
"Big 10 will not have night games in November. This was a new rule put in this year."
this was a new rule this year made by the Big 10? So if ESPN/ABC wants to have a Big 10 matchup as their primetime game its not happening? Anyone know why they did this?Comment

Re: NCAA Football 10 Blog: Dynasty Details
i wouldnt mind the generic FCS teams so much if maybe the uniforms changed so that if you play FCS East with Rutgers and then in the same week play FCS East with WVU, you dont feel like your playing the same team. And if they could make the FCS teams a tad better, not much since they arent supposed to be as good as FBS teams but they shouldnt have RBs that are as slow as my linemen just because they're an FCS team, it would make an upset more possible every now and then.Comment

I have a question. Will non-conference yearly rival games automatically be locked into the schedule or will we still have to schedule them ourselves?

Re: NCAA Football 10 Blog: Dynasty Details
Damn you OMT!! You are in year 2012 already of NCAA 10?! C'mon! Spill some details of your dynasty and don't be afraid to let some gameplay comparisons to '09 accidentally spill out.
I really liked this blog. Maybe the best blog yet for NCAA. I'm an offline dynasty guy only so this was big. My only concern was team prestige affecting ratings growth. Not sure if I like this but if it keeps the small schools from becoming too good then it's a good idea. Plus good schools have better coaches, resources, etc and they might be able to improve more.
Improving physical attributes is also good if done well. Just look at Clay Matthews. The guy walks on USC as an underdeveloped kid/late bloomer. Now he's a first round draft pick with great athletic skills. Tons of kids add weight and strength but some also get faster and more athletic through growth and training.Comment

Couldn't agree more. For me last year online dynasty kept me from getting rid of this game early on. This blog has excited me a little bit. Still want to hear more about the defense, specifically if the LB's speed glitch has been addressed but none the less very informative blog this week.Moderator
