Pacquiao to Fight Margarito in November

Thanks to Floyd..
Kinda baffled that Margocheato is getting rewarded a big fight after getting caught. But then again, who else is available out there. Can't say I like this one, but oh well, at least we will get an action-packed bout.

Manny Pacquiao will fight Antonio Margarito on Nov. 13 for a vacant super welterweight championship, either in Las Vegas if Margarito can get licensed or in Monterrey, Mexico, if he can’t..

I agree with this 100%. If I were Manny I would just sit back, chill and pressure the crap out of Floyd. No reason to go and take extra punishment for zero reason at all.

That's the same as Pac giving into Floyd's blood test demands which he did. The ball was in Floyd's court and he passed. He doesn't want to fight Pac. That much is inarguably clear.

I would have gone on FNF's, and other ESPN shows and started saying "I did what he wanted and he STILL won't fight me"

I would have tried to make it impossible for him to get out of the fight without looking stupid.

IMO this fight was taken too fast, he could have kept riding Floyd and ramped up the pressure.

Now if they were to fight it will almost be a year away. That is just stupid.

And to add to that, no one wants to see this fight. The ONLY fight they want to see is Floyd vs Pac when it comes to these two guys.

What if Floyd takes a fight now and it's in January? After that, if they negotiate again, the fight won't actually go down for a long time, AND they will find a way to screw it up.

I would have liked to see Pac and his Camp be completely relentless to get this fight done and give absolutely no way out for Floyd. Instead they made it easy on Floyd, the pressure is gone and next time they sit down, they have to do this circus act all over again.

Because they don't want to fight each other. If you wanna fight Floyd then you make sure it looks like you're doing every single thing possible for the fight to happen not trying to rush through things as quickly as possible. If the fight is going to be in November you don't need to have decision from Floyd by the first week of July. Arum is full of crap if he's truly trying to fly that he needs all this time to promote this fight. Especially considering heavy promotion of the thing isn't going to happen until about two weeks before the fight when they make a media blitz everywhere.
