I agree with the problem stated.

I'm playing as Texas, and my punter graduated and kicker left early for the draft (weird).

I recruited a 1 star punter rated 48 overall and a walk on kicker.

The top rated kicker is 3 star recruit (70 something overall probably) and most everyone else is 1 star. There are also few kickers to choose from.

I don't know if in real life most kickers are walk ons, but better schools should be able to bring in a kicker who is close to 70 overall their freshman year and have them progress to be an 80 or so
